Haley has gone above and beyond with understanding Rosie’s needs but also finding quick solutions to anything that may occur. I live in an apt complex and the elevator has had issues multiple times. Rosie cannot do stairs well and Haley was kind enough to take her to her own home with a better living situation for Rosie until they were back in service. Caring for a senior dog isn’t easy and Haley has time and time again known what to do to make every situation the absolute best for Rosie.
