Amber was so flexible when some of my plans got changed. She was so helpful and made sure both my cats were well cared for! Like always she did an amazing job!

The Pet Sitter You Dream of Finding Rarely do you meet someone you feel you can trust with a blank cheque. Amber is one of those people. We recently had Amber look after our dog, and from the moment we met her, we knew he would be in wonderful hands. She is reliable, responsible, trustworthy and most importantly, she genuinely loves animals. But Amber does something more than simply take care of your pets. She understands them. She can read their moods and behaviour, notices the little things, and seems to intuitively know what they need. She is also completely comfortable administering medication, which gave us an enormous amount of reassurance. And then there are her photographs. Amber took extraordinary pictures of our little Archie. Not just the ordinary "proof of life" photo, but photographs that actually captured his personality. They are so good that they they have become our screensavers ! Amber also looked after our home, and that added another layer of reassurance. Knowing that Archie was getting love and being cared for while our house was in the hands of someone we trusted allowed us to genuinely relax while we were away. And that's really what you want from someone you leave your home and your animals with: peace of mind. We never wondered if Archie was okay. We never worried about the house. We knew that if something unexpected happened, Amber would handle it responsibly and let us know. There are plenty of people who will pet-sit. Amber is someone you can really trust. And that is a very different thing. If you are fortunate enough to find her, don't hesitate. Your pets will be loved, your home will be cared for, and you'll be able to go away knowing that everything you love is in very good hands. We couldn't recommend Amber more highly. F and D

After two initial visits and being fully aware that there are two cats in the house, Amber agreed to only charge for dogs. At the end of our vacation Amber claimed that cat food ran out and littler was “not doing good”- we agreed she can refill the cat food. On the very last day of our vacation we received the bill for two cats for all week. Amber refilled the cat food as instructed, and also cleaned the litter box, which no one instructed her to do. We refused to pay the whole week addition for an action that takes 2 minutes,to which she said she had to “give love to the cats” and monitor food all week. We agreed to pay for one day of cat care since we only asked her to feed the cats once, to which she insulted us calling us scammers and liars and refused to talk to us further. She left our dogs alone at 3 pm on the last day, even though she was paid to stay until 11 pm, leaving them alone for longer than 8 hours. Amber also blamed the dogs for peeing in the house, calling my dog “accident prone”, instead of taking accountability for not caring for the dogs properly so that poor animals need to pee inside. Unprofessional, unethical behavior for someone who claims to be an animal lover.

Amber and Justin took such good care of my pup while I was away. They were able to help me out last minute after my other sitter plans fell through! They were so patient and accommodating with her as she can be a little scared at the beginning, and sent me regular updates to ease my dog momma mind. They also left my place super clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and book them again.

Once again Amber was amazing! She is so good at understanding my pets personalities and what they need. Truly makes traveling feel much less stressful when you know and can trust someone with your fur babies!

Amber did an amazing job. We were in NYC for 5 days, and she stayed over to look after our two Morkies. She took exceptional care of them and also left the house spotless when we returned. We had complete peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend.
