About: Hello! My name is Rachel, I am a graduate student living in Lancaster and love to take care of your pets in my free time! I grew up with a big family and many animals including goats, horses, chickens, ducks, and a few dogs running around. I have always loved animals, especially horses and dogs. I also worked at Karen’s K9 Kare in Malvern for around a year. During my time there I gained experience dealing with large groups of dogs as well as bathing, training, and getting picky dogs to eat. About: I started fostering kitten when I was around 5, and have fostered over 200 kittens with the local humane league. The last 4 years of my life were spent caring for my childhood cat full time who passed at 19. I've had dogs all my life, one or two always since I was 10. All were big golden retrievers/labs, all quite big boys, but I love all types of dogs. In this role I take appointments, handle and care for both cats and dogs, and assist the other veterinary staff. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
