About: Happy to help with all your animal care needs! Even shy animals seem to take to me quickly. I have house sat for entire homestead farms, caring for ducks, cows, dozens of cats and chickens. I have always felt very connected to the natural world and have a great empathy for all creatures great and small. I began training and caretaking my own dogs at age 10. I fostered for years as an adult before adopting my Hawaiian rescue dog. Friends and family have relied on me to assist with their pets a lot in the past few years. My very social and intelligent Border Collie has assisted me in training several puppies, helped to socialize shy dogs and taught dogs to swim. I work evenings and am happy to help with your pets during the day. I may be available day of - go ahead and send a request! I carry all clearances required for school teaching ( I also work in education) so I am a very safe choice :) I am very good at following your detailed instructions on how to best care for your pet.

About: Hi! I have had pets my whole life. Growing up we had dogs and then beginning in 2006, I adopted my first cat and ultimately turned my family into cat lovers (we have 8 kitties between the various family members). I’ve personally used Rover for the last year for cat sitters during some family travel and have been so impressed with the service that I wanted to become a sitter myself. I am currently working part-time from home, so I have lots of time between school and/or camp drop-offs and pick-ups to play with doggies and kitties. I am eager to increase my daily step count, so dog walking would be a perfect addition to my walk. Occasionally my animal loving boys might be with me on the job. Both are ver gentle. I would care for all of your pets in the comfort and safety of your home, yard, and/or neighborhood. I believe pets thrive on familiar environments.

About: I treat every dog like my own, tailoring care to their unique personality and routine. With me, your pup gets full-time love and attention in a cozy, stress-free home—not a kennel. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or sticking to their schedule, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home. I am a full time student who student teaches at an elementary during the week. This gives me free weekends and a completely free summer, perfect for anytime you have a vacation! When caring for pets in their home, I do my best to keep everything familiar and comfortable—just like you never left. I stick to your pet’s routine, whether that’s feeding times, walks, medications, or favorite spots for naps. I keep things clean, calm, and fun, and I always give updates so you know your pet is happy and safe while you’re away.

About: I have worked at a local animal hospital as a Veterinary Assistant the past 2 years. In this role I take appointments, handle and care for both cats and dogs, and assist the other veterinary staff. I am Fear Free Certified, meaning I took a course about animal behavior and how to best reduce stress on your pets. I have lived with dogs, exotics, and small animals my entire life and would love to help you out with any and all of your animals! I have experience with both large and small breed dogs having owned them myself, and regularly walk them. I dog walk as well as pet sit both cats and dogs in the area. I volunteer at a cat shelter in my free time, giving me some extra experience with rescue cats! I have volunteered at the SPCA before, walking the shelter dogs there as well as caring for the cats. I have also volunteered at a Rabies Vaccine clinic, helping the clients and their pets. As someone who has worked with pets of all shapes, sizes, and ages, I would be happy to help with whatever you may need! I am very flexible, during the summer I am very free, and during the semester I balance Rover with my other animal-related job. Overall I can make most any day work! I am happy to perform whatever tasks needed to keep your cat or dog comfortable. I am able to take dogs out on a leash or let them go in a fenced in yard, whatever they are used to! I am happy to walk and play with them for whatever duration you would like.

About: I have a wide variety of pet walking and sitting experience. From my years taking care of pets, I have learned many important skills. Such as how to administer oral medication’s and interact with high energy dogs. I have also become very good at gaining cats trust and allowing them to tell me what they need from me. Ensuring that the pets I’m looking after feel safe and reassured in my presence until their family comes home is my biggest priority, even if it means spending a little extra time with them. I’m currently taking online classes over the summer which will restrict my night walking services, but my daytime hours are usually free. I am also available most weekends and mornings. Unfortunately I am not allowed to keep pets in my home. That being said I take great pride in making sure that I leave my client’s home cleaner than when I arrived. This can range from cleaning up, spilled water from water dishes, cleaning up any curbs that a pet might have left on the floor, or cleaning up any accidents that a pet might’ve accidentally had.

About: I have taken care of families dogs and my own dogs since I was 8-9. I have stayed at someone’s home to watch their animals(cats, ferret, parrot, dogs) and I have also done drop in visits. I currently have a dog and cat of my own as well! I work full time as a nanny, but I’d love to provide weekend or evening care for your pets and will provide them all the care they need while you are away! I can come by to your home and crate your dog after walks if need be and follow all instructions to make your animal feel safe and secure within their home.

About: I had a border Collie for 17 years now an American shepherd for 1.5 years and he's fully trained already he's great just still a pup. Currently I work part time for an Amish company and I do morning pick ups and evening drop off with Thursday me being at the job all day. With time in advance I can move stuff around if need be. Im basically free all week during the times everyone is working. Well my dog i train and make sure he's behaving before he gets a reward. I don't always make him do stuff for tricks, but I practice commands daily and when it's not raining we go on walks, unfortunately he gets car sick so long drives aren't great for him still. I hug him tell him he's great tell him when he's done something bad as well, Play with toys and I'm currently working on him knowing what toy I'm telling him to get

About: What sets me apart is the amount of time, attention, and care I give every pet. Since I’m off all summer, I have a very flexible schedule and can provide reliable care, long walks, and lots of companionship. I genuinely love being active and spending time outdoors, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention! I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have lots of experience caring for dogs. I had a golden retriever for 8 years growing up, and my family currently has a 7-year-old golden retriever! Since I’m off for the summer from teaching, my schedule is very open and flexible. I’m available most weekdays for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, drop-in visits, or dog sitting. I’m able to adjust my schedule easily to fit your pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and care throughout the day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their normal routine to help pets feel safe and comfortable. About: I have had dogs my entire life- grew up with a few family dogs through the years and as soon as I could, I found a dog for myself! I dog sit neighbors' dogs, friends' dogs, and even dogs of families that I babysat their kids! I enjoy spending time with dogs, big or small, crazy or laid-back, and I'm always looking for ways to earn some extra money while juggling a dynamic work schedule and getting my steps in for the day! About: I have had all kinds of pets growing up; Dogs, cats, fish, iguana, domestic rabbits, goats, chickens, (oh my!) since I was about 5 years old. I admire every single creature as if they were my very own. This lead to me making it a side hustle (small biz gig) my senior year of high school (2012). Just recently made a Rover account and excited to meet new clients and new pets 😁. I’m very reliable in house sitting, drop-ins, walking, feeding, and administering meds. Just name it you got it!
