When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. “Summer was an absolutely wonderful sitter for Tycho and Kepler! They stayed with her for 5 days and 4 nights, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. She sent multiple photos each day and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. It was clear from the start that Summer took the time to read our dogs’ Rover profiles. She came prepared with thoughtful questions at drop-off and even reached out when Kepler started chewing on a deer antler, just to double-check with us. That level of attentiveness meant a lot. Tycho and Kepler got tons of playtime with her own pets, including her dog Morty and her cats, and they clearly had a great time. As an added bonus, her son was incredibly sweet with our dogs and spent time cuddling with them, which made their stay even more special. We would absolutely book with Summer again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, communicative, and attentive sitter!”

“10/10 recommend. Cliff and his wife watched my dog while I was out of town, and when I came back to get her, she was all smiles. I can tell she genuinely loved staying there (not always the case at other sitters btw!) The home is large with a fenced in back yard and toys for the dogs to play in. My dog required solo playtime, as she doesn’t always get along with other dogs, and they were very accommodating. I will be booking future stays with them!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. At that time, we got a standard poodle puppy (Inspector Gadget) who I fed, walked, played with, and let out before/after school everyday. When he was about 3, we also got a springer spaniel (Sookie) from the shelter who was an absolute angel, and mine and Gadget’s best friend. I always made sure they had what they needed and felt loved! I took care of Gadget until he sadly passed at the age of 14, and Sookie until she passed at the age of 10, so I have experience with elderly dogs as well. My mom recently got a golden retriever puppy who I would visit to walk, feed, and play with occasionally while she is at work. I also have experience with birds and cats. I am currently working as a resident at one of the local hospitals, so my schedule is variable, but by booking me you know that you will get a trusted professional to care for your pets. I am free every other weekend to care for pets, and am generally free in the evenings of weekdays. I have no problem showing any pet love, regardless of size or breed, and will make sure they get the attention and love they need! I am used to big and mid-sized dogs since that’s what I grew up with, so walking large dogs will not be a problem. I am familiar with standard training practices for dogs as well and will adhere to any specific instructions.
