“This is the second time Tea stayed with Tyler and of course he had a blasted. I really appreciate how flexible Tyler was with my schedule when I had to change my drop off and pick up time multiple times. I would definitely recommend Tyler!”

“Dixie had a great stay. Cyndie and her family were so warm and welcoming and it is very clear how much they care for animals. They were wonderful and we will certainly use them again!”

“Bubba has a great time with Alyssa and her family, she was on a second home and enjoy a lot the time. Alyssa ensures since the very first moment to make feel you comfortable and with the security to leave Bubba in very good hands. She ensures as well to keep informed every day about how Bubba doing during the time with her. I really recommend Alyssa to take care of your best buddies. Thank you Alyssa and your family too, I will retake her service when needed.”

“Misty is the best! My dog, Roxy usually doesn't eat when I am away, but she ate while being with Misty, and I could tell by the videos and pics that she enjoyed her time with Misty. I will definitely come back to her for the next trip.”

“Ariel was a fantastic dog sitter for our dog, Patches! From the very first time we met her, she made us feel comfortable and confident that Patches would be in great hands. She took the time to ask questions about his needs and routine, and she was happy to answer all of ours as well. When we dropped Patches off, he was immediately comfortable and seemed right at home. Throughout his stay, Ariel kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how much fun he was having. It was clear that Ariel genuinely cared for Patches and treated him like one of her own. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a five-star dog sitter on Rover, Ariel is the one! We highly recommend her and would absolutely trust her with Patches again.”

“Ms Sandy was so great with our senior dog, Vixen! I never worried about her and Sandy sent several pictures of her happy! Ms Sandy also was great with some of the senior dog issues Vixen sometimes has. Overall I felt extremely at ease with Vixen staying there and would definitely have her watch our dog again!”

“Hayley was great! She provided updates and was super responsive to questions and schedule changes on my side. My pup was very happy, he even ate which he rarely does when I'm gone (at least for a few days). We would absolutely recommend Hayley.”

“Heather was outstanding! Definitely recommend her. She was very communicative and sent photos and videos of Teddy every day. He will definitely be staying with her again.”

“Shannon and Barbara took wonderful care of my dog, Bunny. I could not be more grateful and impressed. They had wonderful response times and answered any questions I had since it was my first time leaving Bunny with someone outside of family. They updated me frequently and made this whole process a dream. Definitely planning on rebooting with them in the future!”

“This was my first time using rover and Scott made it such a great experience! He kept great communication & sent me lots of pictures of my dog. I will definitely be using this service again! It’s a wonderful feeling to know your dog is in good hands while you’re away”

“Chandra and her husband were great with Phantom! From the start, we felt totally comfortable leaving him with them. They’re easygoing, dependable, and clearly love being around animals. They kept us updated, took great care of Phantom, and treated him like part of their family. We came back to a happy, relaxed pup, which says it all. We really appreciated how well they looked after him. We’d definitely book with Chandra again and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy sitters.”

“Very trustworthy and responsive with updates daily. We left our 2 dogs with her while out of the country for a week. The dogs came back happier than when we left them. We plan to try to use again and recommend them.”

“Our dogs had a blast. Their dog, Scout, warmed up to our lab mutt and goldendoodle. My dog is absolutely wiped out today from all the fun and big back yard romps. Patti send pictures daily and her whole family gave our pups love and cuddles all weekend. We will definitely use them again to watch our dogs. They’ve got a great setup for a cozy, familiar stay for dogs. Thank you so much for making our pups part of your family for the long weekend!”

“Our little Flipper was in excellent hands with Erin and Joseph! The environment is clean and spacious in the home with plenty of room in the backyard to run and play with other dogs. In addition, Joe has a lot of knowledge about dog behavior and training. This sweet couple takes dog sitting seriously, will treat your babies like their own, and will update you with pictures! We're taking little Flipper back to Erin and Joe later this month <3”

“Deborah was so great with our timid Luna! She’s the best sitter we’ve ever used (even including our friends and family, lol! 🫣). Deborah was always quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She sent multiple pictures of Luna each day, keeping us up to date with their activities and helping us feel like we weren’t so far away. Even though our booking was super last minute for the weekend, Deborah’s place was perfectly prepared for Luna’s stay. Her home is easy to find and located in a quiet residential neighborhood without through traffic. When we arrived for drop off, Deborah had made an adorable hand-decorated sign which she pinned on her front door welcoming us to “Luna’s Weekend Retreat”. 🌺 She welcomed us inside and I’ve never seen Luna take to a new place so quickly; she immediately made herself at home in the spa-like cloud bed which had been made fresh for her and lined with a curated selection of dog toys for her choosing. She didn’t even get up when we were leaving, which has never happened before at a drop off! We were put so at ease leaving Luna in Deborah’s care for the weekend, and we’re thrilled to receive pictures of their adventures exploring the neighborhood trail, getting brushes and pedicures, and just generally being loved and cared for as if Luna was Deborah’s own pupper to love and dote on. ❤️ Luna’s well behaved and easy to care for, but is also quietly anxious and afraid of loud noises. She is a rescued staffy and has “resting ASPCA face” much of the time, even with us, so I never blame a sitter for her expressions, but we can always tell from seeing her eyes, brows, and ears in photos how relaxed and comfortable she is, and Deborah was somehow able to put Luna at ease, even on 4th of July weekend with scary fireworks popping! We’re so grateful to have found Deborah as our new go to sitter. Now we’re going to have to make up and plan new trips just to give Luna a reason to get to go adventure and sleep over with her new friend! 🥰 Thanks endlessly, Deborah!”

“Bowser had a great time at Lisa’s! He’s a super happy and friendly guy and it sounds like he loved having some kids to run and play with! Lisa kept us updated on how Bowser was doing with some adorable pictures and totally spoiled him with multiple walks over the weekend!”

“Adrienne is hands down the best! My dog Milo is always excited when we pull up to her place. He literally runs to her with his tail wagging like crazy! Milo is very picky and I find so much comfort knowing Adrienne is around. Sometimes I have short notice business trips and she is always willing to accommodate! The best :)”

Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
