“Jamie came for a meet & greet. So pleasant and professional and you could tell she is definitely an animal lover. She engaged with Nutmeg aka Nutty right away. I booked for a home visit over two days. This is where Jamie proved her mettle, patience and perseverance! She called me to let me know Nutty was growling and wouldn't come near her. I was shocked at Nutty's behavior but had a few suggestions. Jamie persevered and soon got Nutty outside to play. The second day went off without a hitch. Thank you Jamie! About: I have cared for dogs, cats, kittens, and puppies for most of my life. Ever since I was 3 years old, I’ve grown up surrounded by animals and developed a strong love and understanding for pet care. Over the past year, I’ve also gained experience caring for a senior dog, including providing patience, attention, and daily support for their specific needs. In addition, I enjoy working with puppies and have experience teaching basic training and new tricks. I treat every pet like family and always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I am currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of time to care for your pets and provide them with the attention they deserve. I am available on both weekends and weekdays, with the most flexibility in the mornings. I also have availability during some afternoons and evenings, allowing me to accommodate a variety of schedules and pet care needs. I always make sure pets are in a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment, whether in my home or a client’s home. About: My family has had dogs since I was born. I grew up learning responsibility through sharing in dog ownership. When I was younger, I dog sat for a few neighbors including a poodle, golden retriever, and the sweetest golden mix. My husband and I adopted our own dog last year and we spoil him to pieces! I understand how valuable our pets are, and will send frequent updates and photos. That’s always our favorite part of booking with rover and I know how good that piece of mind feels :) I am an active duty military spouse, and we recently moved. While I’m looking for a job, I am available around the clock to care for your furry friends! I have a house with an unfinished basement, perfect for puppy zoomies! My dog, Hank, loves other dogs and will be certain to tire yours out (I swear he never runs out of steam!)

About: Hello! I am a proud owner of two husky babies with my boyfriend Alex, who is now joining me on Rover. We both have experience in all types of breeds and training levels. We will take care of your pet like they are our own with love, proper care & responsibility - two sitters for the price of one! We are new to the Sanford area and are looking for extra income to renovate our first home. I am currently studying for my masters degree and WFH Mon-Wed. Outside of that, Alex is home the rest of the week so we will always have someone around - your baby will never be alone. Whether you have a fenced in yard or no yard at all, we will get the exercise in that they need depending on your approval. Walks, runs, dog parks, car rides, trips to the beach, hikes, etc. we will have a blast until you come home! If your pet(s) are staying with us, we live in a very safe area and have a large fenced in yard. Do be aware, our dogs will also be here, but they absolutely adore making new friends and are the definition of friendly.

About: Hi! I’m Samara and I am a HUGE animal lover. I’ve been taking care of and been around sorts of animals since I was 13. From farm animals (chickens, goats, horses) to household pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles and fish. I have experience with many different breads as well as ages of animals. I am comfortable taking care of animals that need medications as well as I have cared for diabetic animals that need injections, seizure medication and eye meds. With my extensive background and love for animals I ensure I am always extremely attentive to their needs and behaviors. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and any pet I care for, I treat it like my own. There is nothing more special than are furbabies and I want you to know that I will give them 110% care each and every time I care for them! I am a morning person and work from home. I have 1 young cat (who basically acts like a dog) in my home along with an 2 month old corgi pup and an 12 year old lab mix. Always make sure there are fresh, clean and filled water bowls! Sometimes on the weekend I will take them to a walking trail or dog park. I always ensure my pets are taken care of first and since I work from home it really allows me to cater my schedule around their needs. My animals are truly my world. Comfort is the most important part! A lot of our time is always great, off leash and the ability to be free and sniff around. I always keep and eye on the pets to make sure everyone is acting appropriately and behaving. I will send videos and pictures and make sure you are always kept in the loop on your pets status. I am also a very active person so enjoy going for walks and runs!

About: I grew up having pets, and I have 2 cats at home now! I am a grad student in healthcare currently traveling for my clinical rotations and missing my own pets dearly. I thought this might be a nice way to make being away from home a little easier! I am trustworthy, caring and very dependable. Please reach out if you have any questions! I typically am away at clinic from 8a-4pm M-F, but am available anytime before or after. Depending on the location I may be able to accommodate a quick stop around lunch time if needed. Since I am not local I am happy to meet your pets in their home environment! I’m flexible and if more specific care of your pet is needed I’m sure we can work that out!

About: Hi! I’m Sofey — a pet lover with hands-on experience in walks, drop-ins, and basic care. I’m Fear Free certified and certified in Canine & Feline CPR and First Aid. I focus on safety, calm handling, and keeping pets comfortable in their routine. I also run my own pet care business, Walkies & Wags, outside of Rover. I’d love to care for your pets like they’re my own! My schedule revolves around my job, which has no set days, but I work four 10-hour shifts a week, usually gone from about 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM including my commute. On my days off, I love focusing on caring for animals, whether it’s drop-ins, walks, or just spending quality time with them! I’m unable to offer pet sitting in my apartment due to a no pet policy, but I’m more than happy to pet sit in your home, stop by for walks, feeding, playtime, and whatever else your pet needs!
