About: I've had a dog all my life. I worked at K9 Kaos for almost 3 years and I worked at Pope Memorial Humane Society for about a year. I absolutely love dogs and would love to care for your furry friends!!! I'm available Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for overnight boarding. I can do anytime of the week after 8am but I do work have to work from 12:00pm-10:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I don't work Wednesday's. If you really need a sitter Wednesday I am open to talking to you and seeing if I can make it work! I will not be able to have pets at my house. I have a dog, a cat and a snake already. Sorry for the inconvience.

About: I grew up on a farm with many different animals! I’ve had both dogs and cats all my life and have lots of experience taking care of them at any age! I’m currently a flight attendant and can easily have many days off a month to take care of pets! My schedule is very flexible and I’d love to take care of your pet on my days off! I have good experience with cats and dogs, having them my whole life. I have two cats now that get the royal treatment! I’ve had young animals and old, rescued and adopted. About: I've been around all types of animals for my entire life. My dad is a veterinarian, so we always had multiple dogs, cats, fish, and other critters. From toddler to now I have loved and cared for countless animals. I also have ample experience with most breeds, as I worked in my dad's vet office for about 5 years. The many hours I have spent with animals have taught me how to clean up after, potty train, play with, care for, raise, and love any animal that crosses my path. I have endless amounts of curiosity, patience, and adoration for all animals; big or small, loud or aloof, playful or lazy; These animals have a special place in my life and in my heart. As a member of Rover, I only hope to extend this love for any and all animals, and to help you out in any way I can! I am currently wrapping up my undergrad career at Duke. I have a relatively light class schedule, which leaves my weekly routine open to helping you out in whatever way necessary. Because my class schedule is so light, and school is coming to a close (I graduate in December), I only have a few hours each day that I am not available to care for your pet(s). It is my hope that my flexible schedule makes it easy for us to figure out the best time(s) for me to tend to your animal(s). Due to my extensive background in animal care, I tend to have a very relaxed approach to safety, trust, and environment. There is very little I haven't seen or heard in my lifelong proximity to a veterinarian's office. I personally care for my cat and my parent's animals in a very casual manner; I rarely raise my voice or get taken off-guard. I think this calm approach to animals allows me to build up genuine trust that eventually lends to a safer environment.

About: I was a zookeeper for 17 years and have had my own pets for 20+ years. I have experience with animal behavior, puppies, older dogs, cats, and everything in between I am seasonally employed and looking to fill some gaps during the off season. I have my own family obligations, so the flexibility of Rover works well for me. I have a large private yard with lots of woods on a dead end road. I'm happy being outside and used to working in all types of weather.

About: When I’m not boarding, walking, or doing doggy daycare I’m hanging out with my kiddos. Occasionally I also foster puppies at 8 weeks old and start the potty training process and prepare them to go to their furever home. Does your dogs like to sleep on the couch? Perfect! I do too! Do they prefer to sleep in bed with you at night? Not a problem, come on in! Does your dog need daily walks? You got it! I live on a quiet road off the beaten path. I tend to treat all animals with the respect and love I give my children and I teach my children the same morals. Pets aren’t just pets in my eyes, each dog has needs they need to have met and it’s my job to make that happen when they are in my care. During my high school years I spent my time after school volunteering at the local veterinary clinic assisting the vet techs preform their daily tasks. Growing up I worked on a dairy farm. I know how to administer medications, potty train, bathe, and trim nails. I’m a stay at home mom during the week so I am always home to give my furbabies all the love and attention they want. When I’m home and need to leave your pups will tag along with me through my daily routine and hangout with me. Or if they’d prefer to relax at home and have free range they can! I try to keep a potty and feeding schedule the same as when they are with you. I live in a lake house so if your pups love to swim then this is the place to be! I also have a decent size yard (unfenced) for playing. My two dogs will keep your furbaby company in a doggy sense. My children will also play with your babies so they will definitely have a lot of attention. Inside my house is baby proof so it is also dog proof. Do you want to FaceTime your dog while they are with me? Not a problem, call whenever. I will send pictures and updates throughout the day for you so you know they are okay. Your pets truly are treated like family in my care.

About: Ive been around animals ever since I was little and Ive been dog sitting for the past couple of years. I’ve handled dogs of different ages and personalities. Im currently working full time but I have Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays off so im free to take your pups for a walk or even do a check in! I have a 1 year old rescue who gets along well with other people and dogs. Typically he is brought for 1-2 walks each day along with day care twice a week to get some extra socialization and energy out.

About: I work as a part time medical assistant and am trying to build my clientele so I can do this full time. I have two dogs of my own. Jazzy and Keona. Jazzy was just 9 months old, and Keona was 6 months old when my husband and I rescued them to give them a better life. I did have two cats that were brothers but one passed away a couple years ago. I have always been an animal lover. If I had a place big enough with a huge yard to play in, I would rescue all the dogs and cats that need homes. I have experience from taking care of my own pets. I will always treat other people's pets like they are my own as they are family members not just pets. I will share photos every day I am with them to their owners to assure them they are in good hands. I always like to meet the owners and the pets a few days before to make sure I am a good fit with your pets. I am currently working part time as a medical assistant. I have a flexible schedule which allows me to spend extra time with your pets. I care for them as if they were my own. I make sure they don't get into/ or eat anything that can be harmful to them. I am also very cautious when opening the door to make sure your pet does not run out.

About: Iv had pets my whole life and have pet sat for friends and family many times in the past. I live on the second floor so it might be hard for senior dogs unless they don’t mind being carried, I’m relatively strong so heavier pets won’t be a problem, I can provide puppy pads for puppies and have a large litter box that is sanitized between uses. I am not currently working so I have all the extra time in the world, My children are at school for 8 hours of the day so if your pet(s) prefer no kids the morning/afternoon would be best for you, they’re older and calm kids who love pets so if your pet is ok with kids they’ll get along great. I have an unfenced yard but not many neighbors, I have a fenced in balcony and lots of trails for walking dogs if that’s what they would like to do.
