About: I have grown up with dogs and rescued my big hunk of love Leo. I love dogs of all sizes, breed and ages and cats as well. I actually like dogs more than people. I have a pretty flexible schedule as I am a personal trainer and I teach fitness classes so I don’t have a typical 9-5 job. Feel free to ask questions. I crate my dog when I am at work. He loves going in it and waits for me to shut the door every morning before I leave.
11. Leslie F.
About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of every size since I was 11. Friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and become part of their pet's life. I have experience with senior dogs as I have cared for my own and others. I have also had experience in the end of life care. I am currently working part-time in the morning. I have free time in the afternoon to spend time and make sure your fur baby is taken care of! I am flexible so please reach out for details. I have a fenced-in yard and live in a reliable neighborhood with parks around to take dogs for a long walk. I am experienced with reactive dogs and have learned to take control to keep them safe.
12. Katie M.
“Katie is one of the sweetest most genuine people I know! She has worked with dogs for so many years and loves them more than words can express! She helped me so much when searching for my rescue Nala. Katie loves all dogs big and small no matter type or size and is a huge advocate for pups who have bad names against them as well, just for breed. She would be the perfect person to be a caregiver as she is able to read and understand dogs of all types and abilities who have been through different experiences. Her work ethic is superb and she is always willing to help at all costs and loves any animal that comes her way.”
13. Lindsay G.
About: I’ve always had a dog growing up and currently have my own black lab! I also help my sister who fosters at a local rescue by letting her fosters take breaks, give them endless love with cuddles, and treat them like my own. Helping many different fosters, I have a lot of experiences with different breeds. My sister has a Husky and Australian Shepard who I take care of regularly too. I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, etc. I currently am a teacher so I will be doing this part time on evenings and weekends. I will be available on breaks of course! However, I will be available during all of summer including the weekends and weekdays for your dog’s needs! I have a big fenced in yard. I have a black lab to keep them company as well. I can put them in crate, feed, play, and walk them.
14. Megan K.
“Megan is a great pet care taker. As a dog mom of her own, she knows what pets need. She is an active person and is an excellent playmate.”
15. Glen P.
About: I grew up around lots of dogs and cats, and as an adult have been a pet parent to both cats and dogs. I'm exceptionally thoughtful, caring, and patient with pets and you can rest assured that your dogs, cats, or other pets will be in good hands with me. I'm currently employed in the gig economy (Uber/Lyft/DoorDash), meaning the days and times I work is quite flexible. I can largely work around any client's schedule. If caring for a pet in my home, I have a fenced in yard, there are no kids or other pets. If caring for a pet in a client's home I am very thoughtful, considerate, and respectful. For dog walking I carry poop-bags and depending on length can bring dog-friendly water bottles.
16. Kara P.
“Kara is a responsible and caring woman. She comes from a pet loving family that has never been without dogs, cats and chickens. Her love for pets is apparent in how she responds to them and also in their response to her. She would be a loving and responsible pet caregiver.”
17. Caroline S.
About: I have been housesitting and dog walking since high school. I currently take care of dogs in the neighborhood and work at horse barns as well! References and resume available upon request. Physician assistant in the process of licensing trying to enjoy the summer and help out some nearby doggos and kitties! Very flexible schedule and deep love for all animals! I follow the owner’s instructions and make sure the pets are on their own vacation while you are away or busy as well! Playing, walking and head scratching is a must!
18. Patricia P.
“I have known Patty for at least 24 years. She has been my housecleaner while I'm away at work and her four children (now grown) were my three sons' babysitters for years. If Patty ever needed to request a change in schedule, she would always do so promptly and well ahead of time, often with a reminder to me shortly before the day. Patty has always had a dog and other pets, including a turtle, while I've known her. She is a very trustworthy, reliable, responsible, pleasant and professional person. She also has worked with disabled adults in a group home setting, another position of responsibility and trust. She is very physically and mentally able, and would be a great dog sitter and all-around care giver. Her home, with her retired husband, in the Village of Angola has always been well-maintained, clean and safe. There should be no hesitation to engage Patty to care for your dog.”
19. Jaime R.
“Jaime has watched my dogs numerous of times. My dogs (and us humans) absolutely love her! She takes care of our boys as if they were her own and you can tell right away she genuinely cares not only for your pet but for as your home as well. I am definitely a neat freak and when I came home to an even CLEANER home I was beyond impressed. 10/10 I (and Hank and Bo) would definitely recommend her over anyone else!!”
20. Savannah K.
“Leaving your pets to someone you can trust is a hard task but Savannah makes it so so easy. She is very trust worthy and I never have to worry about our dogs when we go out of town. They are always so well taken care of including walks, being fed and lots of cuddles!”
