“Wonderful experience!!! This was our first time using Rover, and our first time leaving our dog with someone outside of family and close friends. I am a nervous dog mom, and I really didn’t want to board her in a kennel. Angie seemed like a perfect fit, and meeting her confirmed our good choice. She sent daily updates and pictures. Our dog was so well taken care of, and we could not have asked for a nicer family. Smoochy was excited to see us when we picked her up a few days later, but she didn’t seem in a hurry to go home either. I think she would have been content staying indefinitely 😂. Angie is a wonderful communicator and it’s clear their family and home is a pet-friendly haven. Would highly recommend and will definitely book with them again if we are back in the area.”

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. My family always had dogs, cats, and even a parrot. I have two dogs of my own now, a cocker spaniel and German shorthair pointer. Both are wonderful with other dogs and look forward to play dates if you need boarding. Animals love me because not only do I love them but I respect them. I respect their space, I pay attention to their body language, and I know when they are uncomfortable. It’s important for someone caring for your animals to have common sense but also be smart around animals to protect themselves, and your animal from other animals. I have experience with big bully breeds, small dogs, large dogs, old dogs, immature energetic dogs, puppies, and even dogs that don’t like other dogs or people. I prefer to care for animals that are good with people and patient with strangers. I will not put your dog in a situation with another animal where it will be harmed, anxious, or uncomfortable. You can trust me to make sure your animals are fed, happy, and healthy while I’m around. I have trained many puppies and understand the many tricks they can do to reach something to chew on. Our animals deserve the same care and attention we give humans (if not more). I’ll happily send you pics while I drop in to visit your babes. I work full time but am able to stop in on my breaks or when you need me to during the day, around my schedule. I am happy to board week days and weekends as needed and as available. I have a large fenced in yard that your dog will enjoy, as well as two pups that love when other dogs come to stay! I can happily crate your dog if needed and will feed them by your instructions. They will be happy, safe, and healthy. It is important that they are good with children as I have two.

About: I’ve always had a deep love for animals. I grew up with a dog, raised ducks, and welcomed any animal I could into my life. This passion naturally evolved into a lifelong career. For over 25 years, I’ve worked as a professional dog groomer and have provided pet sitting services with the same dedication. I’ve both taken and taught courses in animal behavior, training, and grooming, and I’m certified in Pet First Aid. Today, I share my home with two golden retrievers, 15 chickens, a cat, a pair of lovebirds, and my family of course. :) I work from home most days of the week, with the exception of three mornings. I have been dog sitting for many, many years and just fold our company dogs right into my life. Although my company dogs spend time with me when I am home, I do not allow dogs to be unattended together. When I leave the house my company dogs have their own private space. I also feed dogs separately to prevent any food aggression or resource guarding. When caring for pets in your home, I typically do three visits a day - morning, afternoon and evening. Depending on the dog's personality, I will play with the dog or just hang out with them so they get some people time. While at your house I am accessing your dogs emotional status, bowel movement, food intake, etc.

“Brittany did an AMAZING job with watching my little Ham. She went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations for boarding a Havanese dog over multiple days. My dog has a ~very~ high maintenance coat, and I was terrified of leaving him with someone to groom him other than myself. (It takes a while for me to brush his long fur.) Brittany kept my little ball of fluff looking just as INCREDIBLE as when we left, and she also regularly updated us with pictures and photos for the fun that he was having. My dog absolutely loved spending time with her kids and dog (plus some other regulars!), and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough. GREAT JOB!”
