About: I have had the pleasure and joy of being able to take care of lots of different animals for over 10 years. I spent some time on a farm where taking care of sheep, pigs, chicken, ducks, and the barn cats and dogs was a daily thing. Later on, I was the proud mama of a german shepherd named Bruno who stole my heart in every way. Unfortunately he is now gone since November of 2023. Since then, my lifestyle has changed and I am not able to have another dog of my own due to long working hours four days out of the week. However I love taking care of pets, especially dogs, and this is the perfect way to still have a connection with these wonderful creatures, even if they are not my own :) I promise to take care of yours as if it was my own! They will be royally treated with me! My Fridays through Sundays are free from other work and I would love to be able to take care of your pets, especially your dogs! I have a spacious home where your pet can feel free to roam and rest. I also have many trails I can take them on walks. There is also a spacious park area where we can play around if that's what your dog prefers! If I am coming to your home, I am more than happy to walk them short or long distances, play with them, or tend to any other pet needs!

About: I have cared for many dogs including my daughters working dogs when she’s out of town in the past few years. I am also quite experienced with elderly dogs that need extra special care and attention. Presently, I have a dog of my own that I always enjoy her company, but I have owned dogs in the last 16 years. I presently work full time on the weekday's , but I can be flexible with my schedule through out the week and available on the weekends. If I need to care for your pet at your home , I will follow your instructions thoroughly. I am very responsible and love pets.

About: I am a Special Education teacher who works at a Therapeutic School by day and an animal lover all day and night. I do not have kids but I have 3 cats and babysit my friends and families fur babies any chance I get. Pets have free range of my home, they can relax on the couch, chair and bed whenever they want. I have experience watching dogs from pups-elderly. I volunteer at a local animal rescue in Palatine and bring in therapy dogs to visit my classroom. I rescued and adopted a deaf kitty with one eye, and I've always had animals in my home. I am a non-smoker and vegan (vegans really do love animals). For any overnight/weekend stays, I will be home and available to play, go for lots of walks and hangout all weekend long with your fur baby. Regular walks, feedings, playtime and relaxation based on your dogs needs is my priority. I have three loving cats who will keep your dog company. I have a small backyard that is away from cars/traffic and a large front yard. I have a dog tie out and spiral stake for dogs that want to roam around my unfenced front and/or backyard. Playdates with neighboring dogs is always an option or solo, quiet time if they prefer. I can keep your pet on their walking/feeding/play/sleep schedule as you request.

I am now available to give full weekday hours to your pet in addition to my time during weekends. While caring for pets in parks and neighborhoods, I keep them on a leash during all walks and runs. If we are lounging in the yard I provide the dog an opportunity to relax on a lead while I am outdoors with them. For owners who allow their dogs to visit Lakewood Dog Park’s expansive exercise area, I monitor those dogs while they run and play off leash under my constant supervision. While indoors, I follow the rules that my pet owners prefer whether it be cuddling on furniture and slumbering in bed with me or crating them within their cozy caves with their favorite snuggle toy. I do everything I can to mirror the eating, playing, and napping comfort with the same positive experiences your pet receives in your living home while throwing in a little extra spoiling 🐶❤️🐶

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. I’ve also taken care of senior dogs, so I know how to handle their special care. I’m very experienced in feeding and grooming, and I love the companionship it brings to a family! I am a stay at home mom, and my husband works from home, so there’s always someone there to watch and play with your fur baby! We always have lots of time for walking and playing throughout the day. I have an extremely safe neighborhood with a little park about a 3 minute walk away, two kids that love playing with dogs, (15 and 8) and an extremely friendly mini goldendoodle!

About: I was raised with dogs and cats growing up and believe that nothing can match the unconditional love of a pet in a home. I have almost 10 yrs experience boarding dogs and cats, the last 8 yrs with Rover. I love to go for walks around the neighborhood and could take your dog too. I believe a walked dog is a happy dog. I also get as much information about your pet so that I can try to be consistent with what they are used to at home. I accept dogs up to 23 lbs. About my yard My backyard has a chainlink fence and I am on a 1/2 acre lot. It is secure with lots of room to run and play. My patio door leads right to the backyard so that I can monitor your pet when outside. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with administering medication. I allow your pet full access to the whole house. This includes furniture if they are allowed. There is a security gate around the front door for extra protection. I like to walk your pets and play fetch too! I will treat your pet the way I would want someone to care for mine. Like one of the family. :) I am only working outside the house part-time in the afternoon a couple of days a week so I am home alot. I like to go for walks, weather permitting so I would bring your dog along if desired. I set aside play time and invite them to be in whatever room I am in. I have a sliding patio door in the kitchen on the main floor where I mostly hang out. I let pups out often in case they don't know how to tell me at first. I also set aside time for walks and playtime. I try to keep the same feeding schedule that your pet has at home when possible and that goes for treats as well. I always make sure there is plenty of water and comfortable places for them to lay around and even look out the window for their paw patrol duty. Oh and we all love cat naps!

About: I have had dogs my whole life. Watching family and friends dogs gives me great joy! Dogs have been a part of my whole life. I love them dearly, my sister in law travels quite often which gives me the opportunity to watch her two dogs. One is a puppy full of energy and they are so fun to spend time with and play.
