Niki did not blink an eye when we gave him the medication list. Plus he endured our older dog's persistent barking when she is hungry or who knows what she wants. “The thought of someone we didn’t personally know coming into our house to take care of our three pups made us so anxious… they can sometimes be a handful. We decided to do a meet and greet and, from the moment we met with Libby we knew we had found the right person to care for our fur babies. All three of our pups absolutely loved meeting with Libby. Libby asked a lot of questions about each individual pup and each individual pup’s personality and needs! She was amazing with our pups!! She went above and beyond by sending lots of pictures of our pups during her visit. She is kind and so caring to them. You can tell that Libby loves what she does and really cares about your pets as if they were her own … She was also very responsive each time we sent her a message. We felt so at ease while Libby was caring for our pups. Thank you, Libby!! We honestly can't say enough about her. “After our previous Rover sitter moved unexpectedly we hired Breanna. She took care of our dogs while we were out of town. Messaging was sparse and often late at night (past midnight). We returned home to see multiple day old poops on a carpeted floor, but otherwise happy dogs. We are not sure if the mess on the floor was unseen, but would have appreciated a heads up if it were. Otherwise Breanna was very kind and pleasant and we appreciate her caring for our dogs through a last minute booking.”
