In my home: For daycare or boarding, I require that dogs are crate trained, since dogs will be crated overnight and anytime I’m not home. I also require up-to-date vaccine records to keep everyone safe. I have two dogs of my own, so I carefully monitor introductions and compatibility. We do have a yard, but it is not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash. In your home: During our meet & greet, we’ll go over your pet’s routine in detail (feeding, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc.). I ask that any important care instructions are also listed in your pet’s Rover profile in writing, so everything is clear and consistent. I’m happy to follow your household routines as close as possible during the visit.
About: My family has owned a variety of pets since before i was even born. I have experience caring for snakes, lizards, fish, cats, dogs, the works. I work very little so my schedule is practically wide open for anything your pet needs. I will watch your babies at any time, any day. About: Since I was a child, I have always had animals in my home. As I got older, I began caring for friends and family's pets. When I was 16 years old, I began offering in home dog sitting services. Throughout my life I have worked for vet offices and boarding facilities. I started my own dog training company in 2017, Luna's Canine Academy. I have a 2 hour lunch break so I go home and let the dogs out to play on my lunch breaks. I don’t leave my dogs for more that 4-5 hours because my older dog cannot hold it for long. I have worked with dogs my entire life and am very knowledgeable in the care and safety of animals. I have many years of experience and wonderful referrals from past clients. Each dog is treated exactly how their owner would treat them. I am sure to be very thorough with my clients on what their daily routine is, what they are expecting, and what I will be providing.
