I am a lifelong animal lover. This is my third year as a professional pet caretaker on Rover. I strive to give exceptional service! I have a lifetime of experience caring for animals of all kinds—dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, fish, rats, and hamsters. I currently have four beloved cats of my own and two German Shepherd grandpups. I truly can’t imagine life without animals—they make me happy and bring so much joy and comfort to my life! Pet sitting is more than a job for me—it’s something I genuinely love. I specialize in overnight house sitting, giving your pets all the affection, attention, and care they deserve while keeping them safe and happy in their own home. You’ll also return to a clean home that looks just like you left it—like I was never even there (except your pet will be happy and relaxed!). Communication is important to me, so you’ll always receive a message when I arrive and depart along with plenty of photos and updates to help you feel completely at ease while you're away. I’m experienced with pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior sweethearts. I have a calm, gentle approach with anxious or shy pets, always working at their pace to earn trust and create a positive, stress-free experience. I can administer medications, including insulin, and tailor my care to meet your pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, leisurely walks with lots of sniff breaks, or playing hide-and-seek with outgoing pups—I’m all in. I also welcome pets to sleep with me, which I consider one of the best perks of the job! I recommend booking early—I tend to fill up a few months in advance! Let’s schedule a 1 time free 30 min. It is my priority to become your pets best friend and to bond with them in our time together. 🥰 I make sure they feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you are away. They will have fun enjoying the nice weather, playing ball, or tug of war. I will talk to them and give lots of cuddles, scratches and pets. I even let them sleep with me! I can also assure you that your pets will be safely cared for.

Patience did a wonderful job of taking care of our dogs! She effectively gave shots of insulin to our one dog and kept us updated on how they were doing! She left our house neat and tidy and our dogs happy! Wewould recommend her highly!
From the moment of booking with Patience to the very end with communication, she was nothing but precise, thorough, and timely with response. She was eager to meet Nelson my cat and agreed to a meet and greet. She took notes, during the meet and greet, which meant a lot and showed that she truly does care and want to do a good job for animals while we are away on vacation. Our cat Nelson can be very shy with new people, but he warmed up to her and while we were away, we got the cutest pictures of our kitty. I would definitely recommend patients to anybody who wants peace of mind, knowing that their cat is taken care of while they’re away.

Schedule
I have plenty of opportunities to help out with your loved pets including sitting in your home, walks, or drop ins. I am also available on short notice. Let’s set up a Meet & Greet and get you in my calendar! If your pet needs 24/7 care, please let me know in your message so we can discuss a customized rate. I’m happy to work with you to ensure your pet gets the attention they need.

- I can do a free 30 minute Meet & Greet. If there are any other updates before the stay, feel free to message me any updates/changes./ I can take a key at the time of our Meet & Greet or you can leave the key for me at the first day of the stay. I do not stop by before overnights or drop ins to pick up a key. During our Meet & Greet I fill out a questionnaire so I can provide the best care possible. Let me know if there is anything special or important I need to know about your pet so that we can have the best experience together. Some of the questions I ask: When is their earliest and latest potty break? Are they accident prone? What is their feeding schedule? Do they take medications? Do they enjoy short or long walks? What is their favorite toy? Any quirks or medical or behavioral things I need to know.
