I’ll soon be working toward my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My passion for helping others extends to animals, and I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I’ve been around dogs since I was 7 years old, when I got my first dog, and since then I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for pets in both professional and personal settings. I’ve worked at an exotic pet store and at two dog daycares, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I also have experience with basic training and understand the importance of consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. I live in a two story home with a fenced in back yard and a screened in porch. I currently have an almost 2 year old golden retriever that loves other dogs. While I do not provide boarding at this time, I am willing to bring my dog per clients' request if your dog needs a friend!

About: I’ve had cats since I was 8 years old and I’ve been around family with dogs since before then. I took care of my aunt and uncle’s Great Dane multiple times and me and him created a great bond. Animals naturally gravitate towards me and I really enjoy it. I love getting closer with animals and building relationships with people. I’m a student athlete at CGTC so I have to my sure school and football is taken care of. But between classes during the day I am available and at night as well. And weekends shouldn’t be a problem either. I will take care of exactly what you need me to do with the animal and try to nurture a bond in the process. Whatever objectives are given to me I will do my best to meet those expectations and go beyond wherever I can!

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 8. I had both cats and dogs. I’ve had experience with family pets as heavy as 90 pounds and cats as furry like Persian cats or Sphynx cats which might be a challenge to tend for? I am currently working part time and I can schedule my hours accordingly. That gives me more time to play and tend to your furry family members. I prioritize safety and the comfortability of clients and their pets. When given specific needs for your environment I strive to follow all the requirements to ensure not only the safety but the security of taking care of your pet. I also make sure that other safety precautions/measures are taken when I am within the clients home and when I leave.

“Sharon was incredible!!! She accepted our last minute house sitting request to watch my puppy & mom’s senior dog at a hotel we stayed at while we went to a family wedding. We were so happy with Sharon once we met her and she gave plenty of updates on how the two boys were doing while we were gone for about 6 hours. Love her energy, she loves dogs & was so nice!
