She turns 16 this October, so I have extensive experience caring for a senior dog and understanding their changing needs. To ensure safety, we have dog gates, a fenced yard, and multiple home cameras to monitor the pets if we need to step out briefly. We typically provide our dog with potty breaks every 4 hours and take him on daily walks.
