My 4 year old havapoo is obsessed with Rachel and we’ve only met her twice! I’ve never seen her so excited to see a Rover sitter, she’s truly at the same excitement as seeing her grandparents when I drop her off. Rachel has such an amazing intuition with dogs and can sense exactly how they’re feeling, and knows how to make them comfortable instantly. I have a very a sensitive dog who is a total lover but also needs a lot of playtime, and I’ve never trusted a sitter more than Rachel to read exactly how she’s feeling and what she needs. I’m only in Orlando for a month, and will continue to book Rachel as often as I can!! Her energy and personality will fit with any dog.”

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and I love them dearly. From ferrets, to cats, to dogs, I love any type of animal. I’m a remote worker that works 8-5 Monday through Friday with weekends off. I have a flexible schedule where I can take breaks to care for your fur baby and keep them close to me for 24/7 care. I have multiple areas for walks and fresh air in safe areas around my apartment complex. I’m dedicated to earning your trust and keeping your family safe while they are under my care. I currently work Monday through Friday, weekends off. I can fit pet care daily into my routine being that I work remotely and have flexibility in my schedule. I care for every pet as if they were my own. I take time to learn each dog’s routine, including feeding schedules, exercise needs, favorite activities, and any special instructions. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at home. Being that I work from home, they’ll receive plenty of attention throughout the day, playtime, potty breaks, exercise, and affection. About: My husband and I live in SoDo next to Lake Davis which has a wonderful walking path, wildlife and lots of neighbors walking their own dogs. We have two mini dachshunds named porter and Barley, and we love our fur children. We have a big, fenced-in backyard for zoomies. Barley is the co-founder of Dachshunds of Orlando meet up group every 1st Sat and 3rd Sun of the month at Lake Druid Dog Park. Find us on Facebook! Barley prefers to hang out with small dogs like himself but is good with all people and dogs. We would love to watch Dachshunds. If your dog stays with us we will take extra precaution to make sure they have their own private space when left alone.

About: I got my first dog when I was in 6th grade and he was a shitzu. He was the calmest dog I ever had and people told me he kind of resembled me. That was 14 years ago and I have learned a lot of patience, love, and care throughout that time. After he passed 6 years ago, I’ve continued to love animals through fostering (longest was 2 months) and dog sitting both short term and long term. While your pet stays in my home overnight, I will give all my attention to whatever needs they have. I will play with your dog as if they were my own because that is how much I I love them. My special skill is that I am patient with pretty much everything I do so when it comes to your pets, I will keep a cool head when things get “hairy”. I am currently working part time and will have plenty of time to give them attention and company. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood with plenty of walking trails that will be perfect to explore! I try my best to treat all pets as if they were my own. I also don’t mind if they snuggle next to me on the bed or if they want to relax on the couch.
