Chase and Rusty can be a handful at times, but Kaitlin handled them with patience and enthusiasm. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we came back, both dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. On top of that, our house was in pristine condition upon our arrival, which we truly appreciated.
