About: I have owned and loved dogs my entire life, and am now also a cat convert! I would be so excited to meet and help care for your pets while you're away, since I know they are a part of your family. I have been a dog walker in New York and New Jersey for a few years, and am excited to rekindle that work here in Tucson. I am currently writing my dissertation, so I am home all day every day! About: Both me and my boyfriend have grown up on farms and been surrounded by animals our entire lives. We were both on the veterinarian track until partly through undergrad so have hundreds of hours of experience in vet clinics, pet hospitals, and farms. We were raised with dogs, cats, cows, horses, etc. I am now a PhD student at UofA and my boyfriend is in IT. Since I am in school, we cannot financially afford to bring a pet into our lives currently. We would love to shower your beloved pet with all of our combined animal love! I have a very flexible schedule to be home as much as your pet requires and we both have extensive experience with all animals from youngsters to our beloved seniors. I am a PhD student, meaning my schedule is extremely flexible. I do not take very many classes and my research does not require specific hours. I am able to work from home or come home periodically throughout the day. We do not currently have any pets but live in an extremely dog friendly apartment, with a dog park within the complex right outside of our building. Our apartment is well suited for an animal of any needs. We are animal lovers to our core so will ensure your dog is well loved. We are avid hikers and walkers and would love to get your animal as much exercise as they like!

Cara was absolutely wonderful with both my cat, Chubby, and my brother's dog, Arizona! She went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of, happy, and comfortable while we were away. Cara provided regular updates and adorable photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing our pets were in loving hands. Chubby can be a bit shy, but Cara did her absolute best to meet all his needs. Arizona had the best time plenty of walks and playtime. It’s clear Cara truly loves animals and treats them like her own. Sonya was such a blessing! I had such a wonderful experience with Sonya as our dog walker for Lilo and Odin while on a work trip! She took care of my pups for three days, providing walks throughout the day, feedings, plenty of love and pets, and even worked on some training. Her communication through the Rover app was fantastic, and I really appreciated the regular updates. It was clear how much Lilo and Odin adored her from how happy they were in the photos she uploaded. I would 100% book Sonya again, even if it's just for a "hello" walk because of how much my dogs loved her. Highly recommend!
My pups had an amazing time with Calyx's drop ins.
