“Kenzie did drop in visits and walks while I was away. She is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and professional that I felt assured about the care of my pups. Highly recommend Kenzie to watch after your pups. Thank you Kenzie!”

“What can I say, Leonard was clutch when I was in a holiday bind. I needed short-notice care for my diabetic dog and two others I was temporarily caring for. Leonard stepped in and cared for them as if they were his own fur babies. Truly appreciate his professionalism, care, and concern. He will be number one on my list should I need assistance again.”
“Yasmeen did an excellent job with my cat while I was away. She kept me well informed of how she was doing with pictures, and updates everyday. She even accepted a booking for an extra day, when I realized I had misbooked my dates. I will definitely try to use her for future needs.”

About: I started sitting through my partner on here with her for the last 2 years. I have finally moved onto making my own profile here. I don’t just “watch” pets, I actually get to know them. Every animal has its own personality, routines, and little quirks, and I take the time to understand that so they feel comfortable and safe, not just supervised. With my background in healthcare, I’m naturally attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, or energy levels .. things a lot of people might miss. That means your pet isn’t just cared for, they’re genuinely looked after. I also keep communication solid. You’ll get real updates, photos, and check-ins so you’re never wondering how things are going unless you choose not to have that. No guessing, no stress. I currently work part-time, so I have a pretty flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pet attention. I’m available on weekends and most weekdays after 2 or also before 10am , and I can adjust when needed to fit your pet’s routine I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and stress-free, whether they’re in my home or theirs. I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, and any special instructions. I pay attention to behavior and make sure they’re always supervised, relaxed, and well cared for.
“Dagmar was amazing! She was patient, and loving towards our little special needs kitty ?? I was nervous about going on a trip and being so far away from her while we were at a wedding on the mainland, but after our meet and greet I knew Thumper was in great hands! Dagmar sent multiple photos and videos each drop-in, and wrote detailed summaries as well. It eased my nerves tremendously. Based off her videos I know our shy and picky cat liked her ☺️ I will 100% rebook with Dagmar the next time we need a sitter! Thank you, thank you!!”

“Callie was super sweet to Charlie and very responsive while we were away! I felt super comfortable leaving him in her care and knew he was going to be okay, would def use her services again!”
About: Animals have been by career and passion for the last 8 years. I began as a Kennel Technician at a busy dog and cat boarding/daycare/grooming facility and worked my way up to General Manager. I've handled everything from puppy playgroups to behavioral challenges and medical emergencies. I am Canine CPR certified so you can trust that your pups wellness is my top priority. If your pets do no get along with cats, they can be kept in the upstairs area. I currently work part time at home, answering phone calls for the Dog Daycare I worked at back home! Personally I am a homebody and rarely leave the house unless we are camping or visiting family. I love taking my pup on walks once or twice a day, as well as my cats who love joining in their stroller! I understand how hard it is to leave your pet with someone new. Your pups physical safety and emotional wellbeing will always come first. I am highly trained in safe dog handling, group management, behavioral assessment and emergency response. Pets are never left unsupervised in unsafe situations, and I follow structured routines to help them feel secure. You can trust that your pet will be cared for with the same level of professionalism and vigilance I maintained in a licensed facility.

Corinne was just outstanding! She took great care of our cat during our month-long vacation providing a detail report on each visit along with photos. Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 683 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Kunia. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Kunia. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
