About: I have over five years of experience taking care of animals in a professional setting as well as throughout my whole life taking care of animals personally. I can do various services such as drop in visits, overnight stays, and dog walking throughout the day. I can also take care of various other animals including dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish, and small farm animals. I can do cleaning services throughout the house or yard. I have a lot of experience administering medication, basic pills as well as subq fluids and insulin or allergy shots. About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve personally cared for dogs, cats, and small animals throughout my life, and my experience extends well beyond pet ownership. I hold a degree in biology with coursework focused on animal behavior, physiology, and research. This background helps me better understand animal body language, behavior, and individual needs. I’ve worked with a wide variety of species, including exotic hoofstock and birds in a zoological setting, as well as pigs, goats, and birds through wildlife rescue and animal care work. In addition, I spent approximately three years working in an animal shelter environment, where I handled and photographed thousands of dogs to help them find loving homes. Through that experience, I learned how to safely interact with dogs of all sizes, ages, temperaments, and energy levels. Whether your pet is outgoing, shy, energetic, a senior, or requires a little extra patience, I strive to provide attentive, reliable care tailored to their individual personality and routine. I’m a small business owner and public school teacher, which gives me a structured but flexible schedule that works well for pet care. I currently have more availability during weekends, school holidays, and breaks (especially during the summer months), when I can offer extended and consistent care for pets and house sitting. During the school year on regular weekdays, I’m typically available in the mornings and evenings, with greater flexibility on weekends. I’m happy to discuss specific dates and needs to see what works best for your pet’s routine. I care deeply about consistency and communication, so pets feel settled, safe, and well cared for, and owners can have peace of mind while they’re away. I provide pet care in my clients’ homes, where I focus on maintaining each pet’s normal routine in the environment where they feel most comfortable. I follow all care instructions closely and make sure feeding, walks, medication, and daily routines are completed on time and as directed. I treat every home with a high level of respect and care, keeping spaces clean, organized, and exactly as I found them. I’m mindful of both the pet’s needs and the owner’s home, and I prioritize reliability, safety, and consistency in every visit or stay. I also believe clear communication is essential, so I provide updates as needed to give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

About: Although I recently joined Rover, I have taken care of animals consistently for 3 years+ on the Islands with excellent references and past experiences. I moved 2 years ago to the Islands to pursue working with animals full time and follow my calling to be of service to animals in a deeper way. I am vegan and have been for 6 years now for my love and respect of animals. I also grew up with a dog and cat so have years of experience with them, including training my dog when he was a puppy ~ I have experience with puppies & kittens, adult dogs and senior dogs of all sizes. I also have experience with farm animals (horses, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, turkeys) I have administered medications to animals as well - I love to spend as much quality time as I can like going on long walks, riding to the beach together, and cozily working from home together so that they can feel loved and cared for while you are away🌺 I work full time online as a women’s coach and can work from anywhere - I can work my schedule around any needs or any special requests that you have for them - I want to keep them as comfortable as possible and staying close to their daily routines I take care of animals typically in the client’s home, always respecting your home and leaving it cleaner than I found it 🪷 I have also done other work around the house such as taking care of clients’ airbnbs, plant care, and am happy to take care of your garden or do any extra chores/tasks

About: Grown up with dogs & cats. I consider myself an animal mooch as I am always hanging out with my friends and familys dogs or Rover. due to my work lifestyle. I am a Firefighter / Emergency Medical Technician. Love animals and all that comes with it. I can take your pup hiking or just around the block depending on the circumstance. (Or type of dog). I live for the wild and spend most of my winter traveling & snowboarding. Cannot have animals myself due to my schedule during the summer time so I try to live through others pets haha. About: I've cared for my own pets, and for friends for many years, and also used professional petsitting sites. I don't currently have any pets of my own, so love to spend time with the furry ones and keep them company. I currently work remotely from home, so am often happy to stay close to your pets during the days and/or let them out on regular bathroom breaks. I am able to care for your pet in your own home, in a place they already know and trust and am happy to take care of any domestic needs.

About: An animal lover since I was a little girl, I’ve happily cared for many pets and animals in my life, including horses, dogs, cats, birds, fish, guinea pigs, even a snake! I adore all animals and think we can learn a lot from them, but I have a soft spot for our furry four legged friends. Over the years I’ve cared for many neighbors’, friend’s and family pets while they’ve been away, whether house sitting or inviting their pets into my cozy home for a little staycation. I don’t have any pets currently and am dearly missing the company, so I’d love to care for yours! I’m a very cuddly, attentive, reliable and playful pet owner who will shower your pet with love and care, and send many photos and updates. I typically work full time Monday through Friday, with a few days working from home in between. Weekends are usually wide open, and I’d love to fill them with a furry friend! Fridays - Mondays are most flexible for me, but I’d love to play around with my schedule to suit your needs! I live in a residential, pet-friendly neighborhood that’s perfect for walks or runs. I have a yard but no fence, so will be extra careful when going outside. Lots of comfy rugs, pillows, and furniture inside for lounging :) happy to crate your dog if desired, or house sit if preferred. Very flexible!

About: I have over 10 years experience taking care of pets! From dogsitting, dog transport, and working at a doggy daycare I have been well trained by dogs of all sizes, breeeds and behaviors.
