“Five Stars! Bentley, my 8 month old Golden Retriever needed overnight care. I found Michelle on Rover.com, contacted her through the website and received a response with 30 minutes! Michelle was great! I was able to meet her in person and check out her home, as well as chat about dog stuff prior to the booking. Michelle was open and honest and welcomed Bentley, fully expecting a normal, rambuncious puppy. Michelle's home and yard is very clean, the dogs have plenty of room to run. Michelle and her husband are both friendly, calm and seem to appreciate the quirks and power of 60 pounds of puppy. Bentley's stay was a very good experience for him. He was able to socialize with Michelle's dog, and to relax and sleep in a new enviroment. Michelle sent texts and photos throughout the day, and I was able to focus on my event. I did not worry about Bentley at all - I could see that he was safe and the photos all showed his Golden smile. Pickup the next day was quick; Michelle was ready and Bentley was too. It was a five star experience, and Bentley and I will book with Michelle again. It's the best buy on the island.”

About: My experience caring for animals began in grade school, when I helped care for our horses, dogs, and neighbors’ animals. When our Labrador had her first litter shortly before my 10th birthday, I developed an even deeper connection with animals. I have a big fenced in yard and my 14 year old dog just passed away, crushing my soul. Until I ever feel ok again to get another dog, I thought I could love someone else’s dog while helping them out! I work from home and only leave the house for errands here and there. I spend the majority of my life on my property working and tinkering around. About: I’ve dog walked and dog sat for over a year and on and off for about 5 years. I’ve always loved being around animals, I grew up in a dog family and have always enjoyed walking dogs playing with them or sitting on the couch and snuggling with dogs. They’re truly happiness and every dog I’ve ever met has always put a smile on my face. As of right now I currently work part time so I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your dogs. Do any days of the week work I’m a trustworthy and reliable person and will prioritize spending time with your animals making sure they’re happy and safe. I can only stay at a clients house as I can’t bring any pets to my place as I’m renting.
