About: My family has always been an animal house; I have 3 dogs, a cat and a bird! I also have been housesitting and petsitting dogs and cats for my neighbors since I was 12-13. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter (Main Line Animal Rescue) by going through dog walk orientation and worked with all sorts of dogs. I am excited to help others out and watch over their pets using my experience! I’m home for the summer from college, so I have plenty of free time! I am available for dog walking, housesitting, or overnight sitting during days of the week and also weekends. I make sure to always pay attention to each pet and see what they need according to what the owner needs (food, water, bathroom time, playtime, walks) and make sure to keep an eye on them, as well as adjusting to what they prefer - whether it be a lot of pets or just some company! I am experienced with walking a lot of different dogs and will give them plenty of love and attention.

About: I have nearly two years of professional experience working as a kennel assistant at two different animal care facilities, where I cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have experience administering medications, monitoring animal health, and confidently handling pets with a wide range of behaviors, including anxious, reactive, and energetic animals. I have also volunteered with cat rescue organizations, helping care for cats and prepare them for adoption into loving homes. As a pet owner myself, I care for one dog, four cats, and a lizard, giving me firsthand experience with the patience, responsibility, and compassion that every pet deserves. Pet care is currently my full-time focus, so I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate most requests. In a few weeks, I will be starting college to become a veterinary technician. Once classes begin, I will be available after class Monday through Thursday and will have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I will do my best to be flexible and work with your schedule whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all care instructions, maintain your pet’s routine, provide plenty of love and attention, ensure a safe environment, and treat both your pet and your home with the utmost respect and care.

About: Hey there! My name is Emily and I am a recent grad who has moved back to the area. I have always been an animal lover, and during grad school, I was able to broaden my animal care experiences! I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! Rest assured, when I care for your pets, Gemma will NOT be present. I was an avid foster and volunteer while in grad school for organizations such as Big Paws of the Ozarks, Fayetteville Animal Services, and Best Friends Resource Center. We have had fosters of a variety of ages and breeds. Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. Lastly, before moving, I was also a part-time employee at a pet resort that offered daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Hereto, I was able to care for even more dogs (and even some cats!). I am passionate about animal care and would love to take care of your pets, whether it be for walks, check-ins, or house sitting. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. In your home, whether it be for a walk, check-in, or housesitting, I am happy to follow any rules that you have in mind! Since I am used to walking a reactive dog, I am extremely observant on walks for anything that might trigger a reaction.

About: I have had pets for longer then I can remember, ranging from chocolate labs and huskies to nearly a dozen cats. I have experience with disabled, elderly, obese, and energetic animals of a variety of breeds. I can medicate and monitor your pets if need be with instructions provided. I will also play with and send update pictures of your furry friends so you can be sure of their care. I'm a full time student so I can check in anytime after 11am on most days. I do have class on Tuesday and Thursday so I can only check in after 2pm those days but I can check in later to balance it out. I will come over, hang out and play with your animals, check their essentials and ensure they are of good health, medicate or walk as necessary, then leave when I am certain of their care.

“Meredith was an excellent choice. We needed 2 dog sitters at our hotel rooms in Phoenix while attending our son's wedding. Good dog behavior is a must at a hotel and Meredith was able to manage 3 large Labrador Retrievers for 8 hours in a small hotel room, which also required outdoor potty breaks, no small feat! Meredith was prompt, courteous, very personable and professional. Meredith was one of 2 sitters we chose based on Rover feedback. Thanks Again Meredith.”

About: I’ve taken care of mainly pit bulls and sharpeis for neighbors and friends, I was in vet tech school for a year then transferred to focus more on agriculture field jobs. I’m currently a student at Kutztown University, my schedule is very laid back and open to watch any of your precious animals, I’m able to do early morning evenings and nights. I will care for your fur baby how ever you instruct me to, if they need crates I will crate, and if they need constant care and attention I will do that as well.

About: As a kid growing up, I had my own “business” around the neighborhood where I would care for pets in their homes. Later I worked as a veterinary tech, and feel comfortable administering needed medications or providing bathing/nail clipping services. Other than kids, animals have always been a passion of mine. I currently am a stay at home mom to 3 year old twins. I will always make your beloved pets a priority and schedule into my day as needed. I prefer to keep pets in their home, this can be a safe space for them since they feel more comfortable there versus a new home with completely new people. I can stay there with the pets, and treat them as my own. Each has their own quirks and personalities, but catering to those needs is essential. I’ve watched a variety of animals from pigs to ferrets, bearded dragons and fish, and more! Ideally searching for a consistent dog that needs walking that is good with children. One of my twins is in early intervention school and the other is with me almost all of the time. Husband will be home in evenings for overnight needs. Stay at home mom to 3 year old twins, so quick drop ins during the day and boarding in the evening would be no problem. Would love to find a consistent dog to walk during the day while one of my kids is in early intervention preschool! I’ve worked in boarding and understand the importance of giving animals what they need. They all have quirks that we love about our own pets and require lots of love especially when their humans are away.

About: I’ve had lots of pets my whole life. I have cared for two dogs, two cats, goats, chickens, and a rabbit. I’ve petsit for family members and neighbors, petting, walking, administering medicine, etc. I am a student home for Summer break. Right now my days are currently wide open. I am open to pet sitting during most holidays. I can walk, play with, and keep your pets company! I can feed, bathe, and take care of your pets! And lots of belly scratches of course.

About: I have lived with and been surrounded by dogs and basically all animals for my entire life. I used Rover before and I stopped temporarily due to some career changes. Thank you so much for your consideration! Growing up I had 2 Labrador Retrievers, and now I frequently help care for my aunt's 4 dogs. (Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Maltese mix, and Yorkie) I currently have 3 cats which are both rescues. I'm not limited to caring for only dogs and cats. I've had many different reptiles, rodents, fish, and birds throughout my life, and would feel comfortable caring for any species!
