About: Hey there! My name is Emily and I am a recent grad who has moved back to the area. I have always been an animal lover, and during grad school, I was able to broaden my animal care experiences! I am a dog mom to a German Shepherd named Gemma. She is a rescue and dog-reactive (but loves all people!), so I have extensive experience with walking and handling reactive dogs! Rest assured, when I care for your pets, Gemma will NOT be present. I was an avid foster and volunteer while in grad school for organizations such as Big Paws of the Ozarks, Fayetteville Animal Services, and Best Friends Resource Center. We have had fosters of a variety of ages and breeds. Additionally, I spent most of my Saturdays at the local farmers market with an adoptable shelter pup working on socialization and leash skills with fellow volunteers. Lastly, before moving, I was also a part-time employee at a pet resort that offered daycare, boarding, and grooming services. Hereto, I was able to care for even more dogs (and even some cats!). I am passionate about animal care and would love to take care of your pets, whether it be for walks, check-ins, or house sitting. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am happy to chat :) I am currently located around the 19464/19343 area. Note: I am able to do check-in visits for cats and hang out for a bit, but cannot house sit because I am allergic. As a recent grad on the job market, I have a ton of free time to take care of your pets! Whether it be morning, midday, or evening walks or check-ins, I’m your gal! In your home, whether it be for a walk, check-in, or housesitting, I am happy to follow any rules that you have in mind! Since I am used to walking a reactive dog, I am extremely observant on walks for anything that might trigger a reaction.

About: My family has always been an animal house; I have 3 dogs, a cat and a bird! I also have been housesitting and petsitting dogs and cats for my neighbors since I was 12-13. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at my local animal shelter (Main Line Animal Rescue) by going through dog walk orientation and worked with all sorts of dogs. I am excited to help others out and watch over their pets using my experience! I’m home for the summer from college, so I have plenty of free time! I am available for dog walking, housesitting, or overnight sitting during days of the week and also weekends. I make sure to always pay attention to each pet and see what they need according to what the owner needs (food, water, bathroom time, playtime, walks) and make sure to keep an eye on them, as well as adjusting to what they prefer - whether it be a lot of pets or just some company! I am experienced with walking a lot of different dogs and will give them plenty of love and attention.

About: Throughout high school I worked for Stoney Creek Vet Hospital where I was a vet tech assistant. I have also dog sat several times for friends and have many pets of my own. I am currently not working so I am very available at any time throughout the week. I also have a car so I am easily able to go places. I have 4 dogs at home so I am currently only going to client homes. I am a big pet lover, I am very punctual, and I will always be responsible when caring for your pets.

About: I have had pets for longer then I can remember, ranging from chocolate labs and huskies to nearly a dozen cats. I have experience with disabled, elderly, obese, and energetic animals of a variety of breeds. I can medicate and monitor your pets if need be with instructions provided. I will also play with and send update pictures of your furry friends so you can be sure of their care. I'm a full time student so I can check in anytime after 11am on most days. I do have class on Tuesday and Thursday so I can only check in after 2pm those days but I can check in later to balance it out. I will come over, hang out and play with your animals, check their essentials and ensure they are of good health, medicate or walk as necessary, then leave when I am certain of their care.

About: I’m an active student home for the summer who loves dogs, cats, and animals of all kinds! I grew up with dogs and have been caring for pets since I was 10 years old. Spending time with animals has always been one of my favorite things, and pet sitting is a wonderful way for me to do something I genuinely enjoy while helping owners feel confident their pets are in great hands. I bring patience, compassion, and attentiveness to every animal I care for. I have experience with puppies, including basic training and housebreaking, and I take a gentle, calm approach with senior pets to help them feel comfortable and secure. I’m also comfortable maintaining routines, administering medications, and adapting to each pet’s unique personality and needs. Reliability, communication, and genuine care are extremely important to me. Whether your pet needs a long walk, playtime, extra snuggles, or simply a dependable companion while you’re away, I’m happy to help. On nice days, I enjoy going on walks at Marsh Creek and French Creek. I am always willing to explore new areas or dog parks if that is something your dog enjoys! When caring for pets in my clients’ homes, I prioritize safety, comfort, and consistency. I follow each pet’s routine closely, from feeding schedules to exercise, so they feel secure and relaxed. I keep the environment safe by pet-proofing spaces as needed, checking for hazards, and ensuring doors, gates, and enclosures are always secure. My focus is on creating a calm, positive environment where pets feel at ease. I also send regular updates, so owners can see how their pets are doing, building trust and peace of mind throughout my time with them. When going on walks with pets, I ensure they stay safe and engaged by choosing familiar, pet-friendly routes and always keeping them on a secure leash. I’m attentive to their behavior, making sure they’re comfortable, and I avoid any potentially stressful situations.
