“We needed to leave Roughy for 4 days. Mary and Dan were great. This was Roughy's first time staying with them. They have a huge fenced in yard that Roughy appeared to love. He isn't used to being off the leash. He ran around the yard barking at the cars going by (which were pretty far away) and got some good exercise. Although he was sad that we left him, Mary and Dan took great care of him and made him feel at home. They were willing to let him sleep in the bed with them which I think made him feel safe. They sent a picture or a video each day and were quick to keep in touch when we messaged them. He was happy to see us when we got back, but I think he had a good time with them and I would go back to them again.”

We also entrusted her with feeding and caring for our daughter's gecko, which Rachael was not at all squeamish about. I always ask owners what they do with their dog at home & try to match that. For example, if you crate when you leave your house, I would do the same.

(Note: So sorry but we are cautious about hosting aggressive breeds because of past experiences.) I am home quite a bit so your pup will get plenty of attention and exercise. I have experience with disabled, elderly, obese, and energetic animals of a variety of breeds. I can medicate and monitor your pets if need be with instructions provided. I will also play with and send update pictures of your furry friends so you can be sure of their care. I'm a full time student so I can check in anytime after 11am on most days. I do have class on Tuesday and Thursday so I can only check in after 2pm those days but I can check in later to balance it out. I will come over, hang out and play with your animals, check their essentials and ensure they are of good health, medicate or walk as necessary, then leave when I am certain of their care.

Becoming a dog mom myself showed me just how hard it can be to find someone who cares for my furry babies with the same love and attention I give them. With that understanding, I make it my priority to ensure your fur-baby feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away from home. I am currently a new pediatric resident. Although my work hours can be long, I love spending time with animals and would love to de-stress by spending time with your furry baby. As a dog parent, you know what is best for your dog, so I will do my best to emulate the same care you give your furry baby. With my background in medical training and experience with special-needs dogs, I feel very comfortable with medically complex animals.
About: I have taken care of animals all my life. I have grown up taking care of Dogs, Cats, Chickens, Pigs and Turkeys. We have had a small farm and I live with 3 Working German Shepherds and a Australian Cattle dog and a cat. I have had a variety of experiences to include whelping working line GSD puppies to caring for small piglets and hatching chicks. I have also showed and cared for horses. I look forward to helping you meet your pet care needs. I am able to do weekdays during the mornings and afternoons. I can also do weekends with some planning ahead of time. Let me know what works for you. I am not planning to offer boarding services or any care in my own home at this time, maybe in the future at some point. In my pet sitting experience, I have always stuck to the routine provided and that the animals are used to this makes it an easier transition and better experience for them when they know what to expect.
About: Throughout high school I worked for Stoney Creek Vet Hospital where I was a vet tech assistant. I have also dog sat several times for friends and have many pets of my own. I am currently not working so I am very available at any time throughout the week. I also have a car so I am easily able to go places. I have 4 dogs at home so I am currently only going to client homes. I am a big pet lover, I am very punctual, and I will always be responsible when caring for your pets.

About: Since growing up with many different breeds of dogs, I have a lot of experience. I have pet sit and taken care of my neighbors dogs as well as other peoples dogs. I worked at a dog daycare in limerick called Dogtopia, so I have a lot of dog experience from that as well. I work a 9-5 on the weekdays and am mainly open on the weekends to help with anyone in need for dog walking or sitting! I take pet care very seriously. About: I have been a lifelong animal lover and have always had pets of my own including, cats, dogs, and even small animals! Caring for animals has always been something I’m passionate about and I truly enjoy giving them the attention and care they deserve. I have several years of experience dog sitting for dogs that weigh between 20-150+ pounds and are prone to anxiety. I also have two hamsters of my own and believe that all animals should receive the same amount of love and care- no matter their size. I work remotely from home and have flexibility during the day. “We needed to leave Roughy for 4 days. Mary and Dan were great. This was Roughy's first time staying with them. They have a huge fenced in yard that Roughy appeared to love. He isn't used to being off the leash. He ran around the yard barking at the cars going by (which were pretty far away) and got some good exercise. Although he was sad that we left him, Mary and Dan took great care of him and made him feel at home. They were willing to let him sleep in the bed with them which I think made him feel safe. They sent a picture or a video each day and were quick to keep in touch when we messaged them. He was happy to see us when we got back, but I think he had a good time with them and I would go back to them again.”
