She went above and beyond, doing two home visits before her stay to get to know our pups and ensure they were comfortable with her. One of our dogs is 15 years old, deaf, on several medications, and prone to wandering at night—which requires a lot of patience and attentiveness. Kaitlyn handled it all with care and compassion. Her communication was excellent; we received daily updates with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, the house was spotless and, most importantly, both dogs were calm and relaxed. That’s not always the case—so it was clear they felt safe and cared for. We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care Kaitlyn provided and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, communicative, and genuinely caring sitter.”
“Ava was great! She is one of the best sitters I have had so far, she did exactly everything that I asked if her. I loved all of the picture she sent throughout the day and that made me feel at ease although I was 300 miles away. My apartment felt even cleaner than I left it! My cat was seemed happy and content when I came back - she wasn’t clingy at all like she didn’t miss me much lol. I would definitely ask Ava to sit my place again. Highly recommend her.”

The two times she has been a sitter for us, she has embraced the complicated instructions with ease and she has done an amazing job caring for our crew. Two of our cats are particularly skittish, but they both warmed up to her very quickly while my partner and I were away. For once I have been able to relax while away from my cats. Madison was incredible! This is the first time we’ve left our recently adopted dog with a sitter and I was nervous but he couldn’t have been in better hands than with Madison. She was very communicative, sent great updates, and was really fantastic with my dog. He had so much fun while we were gone!
