About: Hi I'm Morgen. I'm a seattleite who relocated to Vashon Island for a quiet farm life. I live on 2.5 acres of woodland, half of which is fully fenced with 8ft tall deer fencing. There is plenty of room to run free and explore safely. It is honestly dog paradise! Dog boarding clients have affectionately referred to it as Camp Morgen as their dogs come home happy and tired. I have a background in working with kids but had to take a break due to disabling health conditions. Pet sitting, and in particular dog boarding, allows me to provide for myself while being unable to work a full time regular job. I have been taking care of animals my whole life, starting with dog walking and cat sitting as a child. I have two rescue dogs of my own, Freyja and Juji. They reflect each halves of my soul respectively. Freyja is a skeptic who loves to lounge. Juji loves everybody and wants to go on every adventure. They enjoy other dogs but do require proper introductions with new friends to make sure all personalities jive. I have dabbled in sheep herding with Juji, and trained both dogs myself. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, shy dogs, reactive dogs, big dogs, little dogs, and medically complex dogs, as well as cats and farm animals! I am available for short and long term stays, daycare, or home visits to check on cats or farm animals while you are away. My fenced property allows dogs to roam free and explore safely. Dogs are welcome in my home and on my furniture unless you prefer them to stay off. We generally play lots of fetch, go for walks in the woods or around the neighborhood, take trips to the beach, and have lots of snuggles. Cat visits and farm care includes morning and evening visits to do head counts, say hello, feed, clean litter, and lock/unlock coops. I am highly communicative and can send lots of pictures of your critters upon request.

About: I have experience being a caretaker to both humans and animals, starting as a child growing up with fish and an adorable Basset Hound mix. I've been trusted to care for many friends' and other's pets over the years, and have experience with dog training as well as anxious, ill, and elderly pets. I can provide additional reviews through Trusted Housesitters. I'm currently working on personal writing projects, so my schedule is very flexible with plenty of time to devote attention to your furry family members. I take care to be especially mindful of the pets particular routine and boundaries and do my best to keep things as normal and stable for them as possible.

About: I am self employed and have plenty of flexibility in my schedule to watch your pup or cat or turtle or whatever. I’m near downtown seattle, so drop in/housesitting is pretty easy to schedule My work is variable and very flexible. I need enough notice to schedule and lock in overnight stays, walks and stopovers require a little less notice My home is not available for boarding, so I’m day visit/overnight option only. I am very respectful of my clients homes and the procedures that they’ve set up for caring for their furbaby

About: I’ve been caring for pets for about 10 years, providing consistent, attentive care for dogs of different sizes and personalities. My experience includes daily walks, playtime, feeding routines, administering oral medications, light grooming such as brushing, and, most importantly, giving plenty of love and attention. I understand how important it is to maintain a pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable. I’m patient, observant, and attentive to each dog’s individual needs, whether that’s extra exercise, gentle care, or simply companionship. I am currently working 5 days a week, and will be available on my days off. I miss dog sitting/dog walking as a hobby and would love to start doing it again. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs at my house, so I prefer to take care of the pets at the owners home. I would care for them by playing, taking them outside as needed, staying on a feeding schedule and possibly bathing if the owners request !

About: We have taken care of very independent dogs since we were a young child, Husky, Pitbull, Shiba Inu. Lived previously with a Gendo mix breed who was 9 years old at the time. We are studying for a visual design/web developer - UI/UX position for the past 3 years and have a lot of free time throughout the week. We go on 4 walks, 1 large walk in the morning to Jefferson Community Center and if approved let the dogs walk leash-less if they can follow commands well, have a feeding upon return, take a periodic smaller walk until about dinner time 6pm when we take an additional walk back to Jefferson Community Center but a different route (see the occasional family of bunnies), return for feeding, and before bed a few hours later go on a finale restroom/potty walk.

I have a fenced in yard and an XL wire kennel in a calm area your furry friend is welcome to use. My dog, Lady, is very sweet and gets along really well with other dogs (even her grumpy old cousin). She loves playing with others, but I can keep her separated as needed. My cat, Mister, he is okay with other dogs coming over and just hangs out in his own space until he can trust the new doggo. I will treat your pet with the love and care I give to mine. I will follow any rules, commands, and training practices that you use with your pet. I use force-free, reward-based training to build clear communication, trust, and reliable everyday behavior. I have experience with gentle leaders, no-pull harnesses, and structured collar systems when appropriate for safety and handling. About: Since I was 9 I have grown up with bunnies, dogs, and guinea pigs! It was early morning feeds, cleaning cage and the most fun part of it all was playing, cuddling and loving on the animals. When I turned 16 in school for extra credits I volunteered at a animal shelter in Bothell WA and loved every minute of it! Especially one day when a cat would not eat and I decided to go in the cage and just talk to the cat and gentle touches and took some food into my hand and eventually the cat started eating!! From that moment every chance I could I would walk, feed, clean, bath and play with the neighbors dogs, cats even horses!! So as you can tell I have some experience with animals and the love and companion and care as well as patience. I have also trained a few of my friends dogs the basic behaviors as well as my own! I'm not an expert but I do have the ability and patience to help with unwanted behaviors like barking, sitting, laying down, no jump, easy, wait, and I learned it all on you-tube! This is why I am trying a different path in my life and I just wanna show all the care I have for these furry friends and as well as the owners because it all starts with good customer service!! I am reliable understanding of schedules and want to meet everyone's needs to the best of my abilities because in the end its about the care and needs of your furry loved ones!!!
