About: I have house sat since I could drive. I adore dogs, and all animals for that matter. I have trained both my dogs and miss them dearly since being at college. If you’d like someone to baby your dog, i’m your gal!! I currently don’t work and I can spend almost all day at your house with your baby. I have school from 8am- 11am weekdays but am free after that! I also am big on walking and recently got into running. I don’t have a place to keep a dog at my house but I am always down to stay and take care of any size dog at your house. I also am an avid walker

About: Before moving to college I was a main house sitter/pet sitter for former teachers, family friends and locals in my neighborhood. I’ve sat for a variety of different breeds and temperaments, as well as animals beyond cats and dogs. I currently have a very open schedule this Fall. I am taking online classes at CWU and will be able to do multiple visits/walks within my day as I have my own car. Your comfortability and your animals well-being at my top priority. Checks in will depend on how often you would like them but my preference is always to let you know their mood, activity and at least one picture per visit. Pets are family and it’s my job to make sure they’re taken care of like such.

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs and pets for friends, family and neighbors! Including dogs, cats, guinea pigs and birds. My own bulldog, Brodie will always be my favorite though! I’ve cared for all ages of dogs, from young pups who need a lot of check ins to senior dogs who may need more patience and dietary requirements to anxious dogs who worry when their loved ones are gone. All are loved and all end up in my camera roll! (I won’t bother you if you want but I love to send pics to check in!) I currently work part time as a barista and am enrolled at CWU, so I have plenty of time to care for your pets! I miss my pets so much back home so I am so excited to get to care for yours! I walk shelter dogs every Friday and currently that is where I am getting my pet fix but I can always use more companion time! I keep pets safe by making sure when I enter or leave that doors and windows are closed up and if we go outside it in a fenced area or we are walking with a leash. This ensures no accidental excitements that end up in a lost pet. I can easily crate your pet if that is your preference!

I was very nervous because Jomo is a reactive dog so it took us a while to make the decision to allow somebody else to take him out on walks. Austyn really made me feel at ease every single time! About: Growing up I’ve taken care of family pets for as long as I can remember. I love animals, have had cats, a dog, birds and a horse of my own. I’ve also worked in a vet ER for almost three years and know the warning signs to look for. I have been professionally walking large breed dogs for three years and love it! I am pretty flexible currently as I am a university student and will be only working part time. Evenings and mornings are very easy for me. My cat is treated like a queen! Working in a vet ER gave me even more compassion than I already had for peoples pets. They aren’t just pets they are our babies and I treat them as such.

About: I absolutely love animals and would prefer their company over humans any day well except for my children. Hmm okay okay you got me there on some days would I definitely prefer their company to my kids lol, but they are the second-best if not tied for first for the company one can keep. I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds my entire life. I don't remember a time when we or I didn't own at least one animal. To me life doesn't exists without a fur baby of some kind. Most of the time knowledge comes from first hand experience and that I have plenty of, matter of a fact I would dare to say at least 25 years of experience of being around and caring for animals. From house pets to farm animals and your occasional lost and or injured wild animal. I am comfortable with all care that is required or might be required in a pets daily care. If it's not something I am familiar with or if there is something that is required that I have not had experience with, I am a great listener and quick and eager to learn something new there is never to much knowledge one can obtain. How does pet care fit into my daily and weekly routine? Well for me my pet's have always and will always be treated as family. They are a family member if you know you know. So they are just another kid i am taking care of, raising and loving on a daily basis. Only they don't have thumbs so they won't be learning to clean up their own mess in time, however you can forget what color of bowl to give them and they will not be throwing a fit for 30 minutes even if your correct your mistake :) and they have a love that last and is unconditional until their last breath. When you make the commitment to get a pet their care doesn't fit into your daily routine it becomes part of your daily routine that's all there is to it. So i don't know how to explain to you how my pet care fits into my daily or weekly routine because it is simply part of it. I will care for the pets in your home just as I would in my home and or as you the client does in your home on a daily basis or however you desired. Nothing would differ from the way their regular day to day goes, besides maybe some extra loving, treats and play time. But the whole goal and job is to keep them in their home a place they are safe and familiar with while you their owner is away. To keep them stress free and ultimately for it to go unnoticed that you are even away. So unless stated otherwise beforehand by yourself I would plan my day's accordingly to how you live and cares for their pets.

I’m also available on weekends and can be more flexible then. I’m happy to work with your pet’s routine whenever my schedule allows! 🐾 I want pets to feel comfortable and safe in their own space, so I’ll follow the routines and boundaries they’re already used to. I’ll take the time to learn your pet’s personality, triggers, favorite spots, and any quirks I should know about. About: I have worked with animals professionally for three years, but I've been a go-to pet sitter for friends & family for many years. I worked for nearly two years at the Oregon Humane Society, where I received formal training under the shelter's veterinary and animal behavior teams, as well as working hands-on with dogs, cats, rabbits, and other pets every day to care for them and match them with forever homes. For the past year I have been pet-sitting and volunteering on family farms while traveling abroad, including several months in New Zealand where I worked as a dog walker and volunteered at a local cat shelter. I'm experienced with pets of all shapes, sizes, and energy levels, and I'm familiar with many common medical conditions and comfortable administering medication if needed. I am usually busy between 2:30 and 5pm on weekdays, as well as some Saturdays. This is a somewhat flexible commitment, though, and I'm open to altering this schedule if it conflicts with your pet's needs. Otherwise, my schedule is open! I live locally and can travel anywhere in the Ellensburg/Kittitas area for regular walks, or as far as Thorp for overnight stays. I am not able to offer services in my home, but I'm able to stay in your home with your pets if you'd like them to have round-the-clock care and attention! For dogs I can take them on as many daily walks as they need, take care of food, and administer any medications; I always try to stick to the dog's usual routine. For cats or small pets, I will also follow your pet's normal schedule for feedings etc. and play/cuddle with them as much as they're comfortable. I enjoy just being around animals, even if we're all doing our own things.

About: I have over a year of volunteer experience with local shelters and rescues. I have worked closely with dogs and cats. I have a high understanding of how animals work and am willing to work with any level of difficulty. I am currently working full time Monday through Friday. Living in the beautiful Cascade mountains there are many fun walking and hiking opportunities I can offer. Being an active outdoor enthusiast I can take on the most ambitious of fur friends! I am able to visit your permanent or vacation home and administer any special food/medication needs multiple times a days if necessary. If there is specific training you are working on I am more than able to stay consistent with their needs. I have shown in obedience, agility and showmanship and have attended numerous obedience classes. I am a firm believer of positive reinforcement/encouragement types of training. Whatever level of experience your dog is at, I can accommodate. Willingness to clean up any messes/accidents your pup may have. (Cleaning supplies not included) I have bred and raised puppies, so any puppies are more than welcome. I personally have two dogs at the moment, a 3 year old Pitbull and a very exuberant 5 year old Australian Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix. My past pups were Yorkshire Terriers, a German Shephard, Pit Bull and a Dalmatian. The range of dog attitudes I've handled makes me the perfect fit for any of your fur babies! I recently have become a cat mom as well. Two years with our current indoor cat and lots of experience feeding out outdoor barn cats/kittens.
