About: I offer extensive, lifelong experience in animal care, developed while growing up on a working farm. This background instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and a strong foundation in proper animal care. My hands-on experience spans a diverse range of animals, including dogs, cats, chickens, and guinea pigs. I’m a college student but on break for the summer so I have a lot of time to work. Animals have been apart of my everyday routine for years so, I’m used to the responsibility pets take. Pets just like anyone else need a safe environment. Since I grew up in a pet friendly house I’ve been more aware of the hazards that can occur.

About: New to Rover, Not New to Pet Care! I'm new to Rover, but certainly not new to animals! I've spent nearly 40 years loving, raising, fostering, and caring for pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I can't imagine it any other way. ### Experience That Goes Beyond Traditional Pet Sitting Over the years, I've fostered numerous dogs, cats, kittens, and even rats through Marin Humane. I also volunteered with their veterinary service, where I was responsible for administering medications to dogs and cats receiving veterinary care, including oral medications and injections, as well as providing medicated baths and other treatments. I've bottle-fed newborn kittens, fostered kittens with ringworm, and cared for senior animals requiring additional attention and medications. Through my own pets and volunteer experience, I've learned how important patience, consistency, and understanding each animal's individual needs can be. Dogs, Cats, Chickens & Other Critters! My experience extends beyond dogs and cats. I've also cared for chickens, rabbits, rats, other rodents, and small caged animals. I know that every animal has unique needs, whether that's a dog who loves adventures, a shy cat who needs time to warm up, or a small animal who thrives on a familiar routine. I'm happy to care for households with multiple types of pets, so you don't have to find separate sitters for everyone. Every Pet Has Their Own Personality Some dogs love long walks and outdoor adventures, while others are happiest snuggled up on the couch. Some cats want to be involved in everything you're doing, while others prefer a little independence. I enjoy getting to know each animal's personality, habits, and favorite things. Whether your pet needs exercise, playtime, companionship, medications, or simply a quiet presence, I'll do my best to make their time away from you comfortable and enjoyable. I have a particularly soft spot for senior animals and understand that they often need a slower pace, extra patience, and a little more TLC. Safety, Trust & Communication I know firsthand how difficult it can be to leave your pets with someone else. My animals have always been family, and I'll treat yours with the same love, patience, and attention. I'm comfortable following medication schedules, special feeding instructions, and established routines. I'm also attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, and energy levels that might indicate something isn't quite right. I'll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pets are in caring, experienced hands. Let's Meet! I have a flexible schedule that allows me to devote plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I'm available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including weekends. I can accommodate different routines and schedules to help keep your pets happy and comfortable. Your pet's safety, comfort, and happiness are always my priorities. I understand how important familiar routines are and take the time to learn each pet's personality, preferences, and needs. About: Hello! My name is ash, I grew up in a loving animal house! As my mom would say I am an animal loving person. I love all different sizes or shapes such as rodents, reptiles, dogs, cats and birds! I have been loving, caring and gentle with animals since I was a little girl. My first ever pet was a puppy, we rescued him from an animal shelter. I have trained, fed and walked him. All of the pets that I have had were guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, lizards, horses, dogs and cats. So you can say I am an animal lover to the bone. I also have house sit, dog walking and trained a variety of animals for my neighborhood, family members and friend. I currently have a pit/lab mix. I am grateful to be able to give the love and care needed to your fur babies! I am currently a new business owner! So I do still have days off during the week and weekends. Typically I work in the mornings to late lunch. If have questions or anything, just ask away! I will care for your pets at your home. I can also do dog walks and do check ups! I will be communicating to the owners about everything the pet and I have done. From the time I get there and leave.
