About: Hi! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, so caring for animals has always been a big part of my life. I currently have two Sphynx (hairless) cats and a Pomeranian, and I absolutely love spending time with animals. I’m looking to make some extra income so I can continue being a stay-at-home mom, and I’d love to help take care of your pets while you’re away. I’ll treat them like they’re my own and make sure they get lots of love and attention! I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I have a very flexible schedule and can easily fit pet care into my day. Whether it’s walks, drop-in visits, playtime, feedings, or just keeping your pet company, I’m happy to work around their routine and give them the attention they deserve. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’ll follow their usual routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions you leave. Whether I’m caring for them in my home or yours, I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family and make sure they get plenty of attention and care.
About: [PSA Aug. Sept. Oct. - limited moderate energy walks and minimal high energy bookings. Medium Sprain Recovering] Hello! I have years of pet care experience under my belt. Throughout my childhood I was able to grow my love and knowledge of many animals. I had cats dogs and small mammals like hamsters and bunnies growing up I got to help care for and learn about. During my teen years I helped family friends and neighbors with their pets including cats, dogs and even goats and chickens. With a solid foundation in feeding, walking, grooming, medicating, and playing with animals, I look forward to meeting and helping out many more pets throughout my twenties and beyond. [Daytime sits: ends before 9pm] [Night sits: flexibility for me to tend to my critters and other local recurring bookings.] Currently looking to go back to school, growing my expertise as a pet walker and sitter, and taking care of my own pets. I’ll have the free time and consistent schedule to check in and provide care for local pets as well. Safety trust and environment are a must when it comes to pet care. Environmentally I have my eyes peeled for hazards that could harm or cause illness in an animal, and remove those things to where they can’t be a problem. In building trust, I start every interaction with pet psychology in mind. I let them approach me with all of their senses first. Once they become interested in getting to know me, I can continue to show them I’m a safe person through gentle and secure actions on my part like walking carefully and taking softly.

About: I've helped take care of friends and families pets throughout my life. While I have no pets of my own due to my living space, I can't wait to meet your fur babies and add them to my list of friends! Your pets will be fed, walked, and checked on at their exact scheduled times .Overnight Consistency: For house-sitting clients, I maintain a reliable presence in your home, aligning my routine with your pet’s natural sleep and wake cycles. Behavior Awareness: I maintain high alertness on walks to avoid strange dogs, hazards, or triggers. For Your Cats: Visual Verification: I never leave a home without physically spotting your cat in their preferred zone to guarantee they are safe. Respectful Interaction: I let shy or independent cats set the pace, never forcing interaction or causing stress. “Aletris was amazing! They were incredibly attentive and sweet with our kitty and went above and beyond our expectations. Aletris took the job very seriously and made sure nothing would get in their way of taking care of our fur baby, (even if that means resorting to biking to our house when their family needed their car)! We can’t express how happy we are to have found Aletris and I know our kitty felt the same way! Will definitely be hiring them again for future pet sitting needs!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
