Listened to recommendations as our dog can be a difficult greeter, and it went excellently. Intake: Asked lots of good thoughtful questions, somethings I hadn't even thought about. Finn was left in good hands. Stay: Sent lots of pictures and complimented our dogs behavior, and reassured us he was doing well while we were away. Pick-up: I think there were some communication challenges that occurred due to unexpected circumstances so I cannot reasonably deduct a star for that. However if we had a firm pickup this may have created some challenges. I imagine this was a fluke but wanted to share incase it becomes a trending issue. Overall went well and will consider re-booking in the future if it works.”

He contentious, caring, and kept me informed at all times when things were going well or if there were anything to be confirmed about. The girls got home with me and I could tell they missed their time with him and the friends they made there I’m very very very pleased and if you’re looking for a good guy to take care of your dogs, your precious dogs this is the gentleman you want to call thank you! Amy and her fiancé were great with Brody! They were able to watch him for us last minute and were super flexible with dropping him off and picking him up! They really took the time to show us around where he would be staying and getting to know him and his schedule/tendencies/etc. We felt very comfortable leaving him with them and they were so genuine with their care! Absolutely would recommend and use again!
Hattie was great with our dog, Brody for an overnight stay! She really took the time during the meet and greet to ask a ton of questions and get to know Brody before taking him! She also sent us tons of pictures and updates throughout his day! Would absolutely recommend!
Erica does a great job with our slightly anxious husky, helping her meet other dogs and keeping her on her schedule so she settles back in well back at home. We have relied on her for short and long stays. With her experience and knowledge, she has given us quite a few helpful tips for working with our shelter dog.
Emily took great care of our puppy while we were on a trip. This was our first rover experience and we were nervous but Emily shared pictures everyday assuring us our dog was having a great time. Emily is active and has lots of dog friends and our dog loved meeting new dogs and being outside.
