About: I have experience taking in pregnant dogs and raising their puppies every step of the way, so I have faced nearly every challenge when it comes to our lovely companions. My family has owned many pets in our lifetime of different species and I was always set as lead caretaker. I’m an incoming college freshman, so my summer right now is nearly always open! I am playing soccer but always have to time to help take care of pets during the day:) I have a fenced yard and 1 puppy (golden retriever) as well as a Ragdoll cat. He stays indoors to keep him safe and my dog isn’t allowed upstairs, so I’m able to train animals. My dog is also crate trained, so I’m comfortable with that job too.

About: I come from an animal loving family and have had a wide range of pets my entire life. From dogs, to cats, to fish, and rats! We always had some sort of pet at all times and I always had a hand in caring for them all. I recently moved to the Denver area and am amazed at the amount of people who own a dog! Although I am too busy to own one myself, I am happy to care for anyone’s pet when needed! I work full time from 8 - 5 so I am available for pet care before or after work and on the weekends! I also work remotely on Fridays and am available for check ins and walks on my lunch break! Every job I've done so far he has been with me with no issues. Meeting Bucky will undoubtedly answer some more difficult questions you might have about the quality of my pet care. Dogs are social animals and as humans we tend to spend so much time training them to be good we can forget we are the architects of their entire reality and to take time to just let them just be dogs. They're loud messy and impulsive. When we choose patience over frustration and offer comfort to a creature that cannot speak our language I feel that is engaging in the highest form of stewardship. A true non transactional act of service. I am currently living nomadically as a way to take my dog Bucky on his retirement journey of sorts. He DOES NOT have to participate in any tasks you hire me for but you can always opt in to that for free. **Please note that I cannot exclude my dog for over night stays at your location. Only walks and check-ins ect. My nomadic lifestyle is very much to your benefit, as it gives me a flexible schedule and the time and ability to focus on what you and your pets need. If you need a pet sitter for overnight or long-term care but aren't sure about having someone live in your home, that's fine! I just find a place to park. “Shawn was great, booked him for a week. My two dogs had no issues w/ him, nor did he have issues with them. Shawn was very nice & attentive to their needs. From bathroom breaks to water breaks Shawn handled it. If the doggies were low on food/water he took care of it. He walked the dogs on various routes within the neighborhood to keep them interested. About: I have grown up with many different kinds of pets. Taking care of them feeding them and exercising them. I have experience with dogs cats ducks bunnies and fish. To me pets are part of the family and should be loved and cared for. I'm currently an online college student meaning I have plenty of time to drop in on your little furry companion. Wantings and evenings are my preferred drop in time but afternoons are possible if you prefer. I have a fencing yard with two friendly dogs just in case you're furry companion needs a friend. I have extra crates and leashes if you cannot provide your own.

About: I am a Colorado Native that is new to Laramie within the last year. I have lived with and taken care of animals my entire life. I have worked on my grandpa's ranch and owned animals from fish to reptiles to cats and dogs as well critters. I have experience pet sitting and love getting to know and caring for all forms of pets. It is important to me that the dogs/ pets I watch get as much interaction and stimulation as they need. It can be stressful for all animals to not have their family members home, so giving them the comfort they need until you return is a top priority for me.
