“Josh was great - we were away for the day and came home to our doggos content and happy! He took good care of them in the heat - we are glad he paid such good attention to what they needed. Thank you!!”

“We are happy we tried Rover and found Jade. He has been a great communicator, reliable, prompt, and attentive to our Labrador, Mack. It gives us a new level of comfort knowing we can leave Mack with a caring dog sitter/walker.”

“We absolutely adore Julie. She took her time and not only had no problem with our cat's semi complicated meal routine, but she sat with our very needy cat and gave her undivided attention while we were away. We will absolutely be contacting Julie anytime we are going to be away and need our pets to be taken care of.”

About: Many years experience of potty and crate training puppies. I have raised a St. Bernard, Husky, 2 Pomeranians, and currently have a BichaPoo. I even was able to assist my Pom Coco when she gave birth to her son. It was a beautiful moment. My schedule is very flexible and most days I work from home. Plenty of time to spend with your pet. If I do have to go into the office I will be gone no longer than 5 hours. In the evenings my husband and 4 kids (ages 15,12,7 & 7) are home as well. I have a fenced backyard and a lovable BishaPoo to play with your fur baby. Pets in our home are free to roam around our home. They are one of the family.

“Emilia was wonderful with my dog! She took extra time to get to know him, learn his routine, and make sure we were both comfortable before even taking a dime. I really felt I could trust her with my dog and knew he would be in good hands. She took such good care of him while I was gone and updated me during each visit which was super comforting. Will deff book with her again!”

About: I grew up with pugs, and for the past 17 years I have had three foster fail pitbulls and multiple fosters that have gone on to loving homes. I have rescued three Mama pitbulls from terrible breeding situations, and their rehabilitation was a testament to my love. I have taken on personally multiple boarding dogs through friends reccomendations, and now that I have an empty nest, I am ready to share my home with your loved ones. I currently work only part time, so I will be here to spend a lot of time in the home caring for my boarding pets. My household has no fenced in yard, but I can give multiple walks per day, as I am a very active person. There are multiple adults and children in the home, so your fur babies will be getting A LOT of love. :) I live in a safe neighborhood and a safe neighborhood in Wethersfield, and will be home frequently to provide a high level of care for your beloved pet.

About: As a dog mom myself, I know how important routine, patience, and love are to a happy pup. I’ve personally trained my own dog and have years of experience dog sitting for all kinds of breeds and temperaments. Whether your dog loves long walks, belly rubs, or just someone calm and kind to keep them company, I’m here to make sure they feel safe, loved, and at ease while you’re away. Pet sitting fits seamlessly into my schedule—I work from home and have a flexible routine, which allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve throughout the day. Whether it’s midday walks, feeding, or just keeping your pets company, I’m able to adjust my workday to meet their needs and keep them happy and comfortable. In my client’s home, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s feeding times, walk schedules, medications, or preferred playtime rituals. I also keep things tidy and make sure your pet feels calm, safe, and loved while you’re away

About: I’ve lived with dogs and cats my whole life! I grew up with a senior dog and cats in their late teens, and then got puppies and kittens that I’ve taken care of for over a decade. I’ve watched pets for friends and family, and while I’m new to professional pet care, I’ll treat yours with the same care I’d treat mine. I can fit pet care into virtually any time of most days. I’m a college student home for the summer, so I’m not very busy! I’m very gentle with my pets, and I like to treat them like a friend rather than another type of entity. I respect their boundaries and comfort, and like to see what would be best for them in any given moment. I’m always respectful of other people’s homes, always respect house rules, and am super careful of others’ property.

About: I have experience with a variety of dogs, cats, and other animals. I love animals very much!! I don’t currently have any animals, so it would bring me joy to spend time with your beloved pet. I am a highly (emotionally) sensitive individual, and I pride myself on reading animals’ body language and cues. I am extremely patient (I am a teacher) and it’s extremely fulfilling for me to build relationships with animals. I would describe my personality as careful, deliberate, kind. During the summer, I’m very flexible! I volunteer a couple hours per week, but the rest of my schedule is flexible. Once the school year starts again, I’m usually available in the afternoons, or on weekends. In a client’s home, I am respectful of their space. I can follow any instructions given, and I am quite detail- oriented and cautious. I’m a double-checker by nature!

“Thays is very sweet and nice. Her love for dogs is evident from the moment you meet her. She is responsible and attentive. Echo loved her from first moment and enjoyed her walks and play with her. Thanks Thays!”

About: I grew up in a big family with plenty of pets through the years, at one point having 8 animals in the house. I’ve helped look after kittens as well as supporting our family dog through eye surgery. I currently travel out of the country every month but am free most days when at home aside from Monday and Wednesday nights after 7. Other than that I’m pretty much free. I currently have a cat of my own that I treat to the best of my ability. No matter how bad things may be for me, I’ve always put my pets first as I want the time they have to be the best it can.

About: I have many years of experience as a responsible animal owner who cares very deeply about helping them live their best life. I have had puppies through senior dogs and am reliable in helping your furry friend stay on their schedule as much as possible. After the first week of June 2024, I am available this summer during any day and/or night. Since I work in the school system, I have an open schedule during the summer time. I live in a low-traffic safe neighborhood. I will create a comfortable and safe space for your pet to stay while sticking to your pet's regular feeding and exercise routine as much as possible.

About: I have had all kinds of animals growing up. I currently have 2 Yorkies. I have watched many dogs in the past and have cared for cats as well. I am retired and have plenty of time to watch and care for your pets. I am available during the weekdays! It is something that I would love to do during my free time. I am able to provide care in your home, fenced in yard or neighborhood. Whatever you and your pet prefer. Please let me know if your pet requires any special needs.

About: I worked at a doggy daycare so I’m reasonably confident in my ability to handle dogs of varying breeds and temperments and ages! I’m also not a person who’s scared around dogs, just cautious. I work part time sunday monday and tuesday at Fedex so wednesday thursday and friday would fill out the rest of my week hanging out with pets! I love playing with dogs and giving them the attention needed. I can feed them, I’m capable of following instructions, including medical instructions. I don’t have any experience poking pets with needles for medicine, but I can do pills and topical sprays and other things like that!

About: I have owned dogs my entire life, both big and small. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, Twig and Bugs and I foster puppies for a local rescue. I love all dogs! I work as a nurse in the NICU and typically work 36 hours a week night shift. I usually have an entire week off every third week. My schedule is pretty flexible and I am willing to do what I can to work around your needs! I would love to take your dogs for a walk or let them out in your yard. I would even bring them to the park to let them run around as much as possible. I’m not a huge fan of dog parks because they can be unpredictable, but I will do whatever works best for you and your pup!
