About: I have over 100 hours of volunteer service with SPCA Cincinnati, from walking dogs of all sizes to cleaning cat litter pans. Ever since I was 6 there’s been at least one pet in my life. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, lizards, fish, and rodents! I’m a freelancer, so pet care can fit in almost any day and time. If I am unavailable, I will let you know in advance. Attention is not given until all four paws are on the floor. Disruptive/destructive behavior is answered with Positive Interruption. Good behavior is awarded with free treats (please specify when booking if your pet has any food allergies). There are some our dog just doesn’t like, and it would be nice for them to get some use. I’ve found most pets benefit from classical music playing in the house, especially when their people are away.

“Jessica was amazing. Our older dog Wallace occasionally has mild seizures. Unfortunately he had an episode during Jessica's visit. She picked him up and held him until the seizure subsided.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 15 years and love to take them on walks/runs! As a runner, I have found the best way to get your steps in is with a furry best friend. Whether it’s a singular walk or a play date at our house, I will make sure your dog is having the time of your life and sleeps like a baby at night! I work for a real estate company and have a very flexible work schedule. I am able to care for your dogs at all times of day and can talk them for walks or run in any weather! I care of my pets as if they are my own. I will run your dogs, take them on long walks, or bring them to my place for playtime with my dog. I have been running and taking dogs on long walks for years. Whether it’s to get out energy or help them with their weight, I make sure they have a good, safe, and exciting walk!

“Susan is an excellent walker! She clearly loves dogs and takes the time to build a relationship with them. She is thorough - sends updates and pictures. I highly recommend her services!”

“Breanna is the absolute best. She has been essential in potty/leash training our puppy (tough with our work schedules!) and is vigilant with consistency in training commands—so important for a little pup! Our fur baby could not love her more!”

About: I’ve taken care of my mom’s shy pup when she is out of town and taken her on lots of walks, with lots of patience she’s been able to open up more. I also shared a lab with my roommate for 4 years and loved to take her hiking or for long long walks. I’m currently a substitute teacher at Moon High School and work Monday - Friday. On Saturdays, I work 8-12 at Club Pilates and teach a Pilates class from 12-1pm. I ensure that safety is my number one priority. I’m not able to host any pets at my house at this time, as my kitty is an only-child. When I’m taking care of your baby, I will treat them with as much love and care as my own.

About: I spent my high school in a household with 4 cats (each with wildly different temperaments), and a border collie who loved "herding" them. In the years since moving out, I've fostered 3 cats and house-sat for both cats and dogs. For dogs in particular, I enjoy being outdoors and walking, so taking doggos on walks and playing with them has always come very naturally to me! I have a fully remote job with pretty flexible hours, so I can pop in and out as needed. Whether it be house sitting and vibing with the pets, or going on walks with the dogs, my schedule is fairly accommodating to make things happen! I've grown up taking care of pets with a wide range of personalities and temperaments, and am really good at understanding what pets want and respecting those boundaries.

About: I’m a work-from-home dog mom with years of experience caring for pups of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I spend time each week volunteering at a local dog shelter and have worked with my own rescue dog, so I understand the patience and care needed for shy or reactive dogs. Whether your pup is full of energy, still in training, or slow to trust, I’ll meet them where they are and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I work from home full-time, so I can give your pup plenty of attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, making it easy to fit in walks, playtime, and snuggles whenever your dog needs them. Your dog’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to get to know each pup’s personality, routines, and needs so they feel secure and understood. I’m experienced in reading dog body language, handling reactive dogs, and creating a calm, positive environment. You can trust that your dog will be treated with the same care and respect I give my own.

“Daniel is so great! I’m really impressed with him. He is so knowledgeable with dogs and has been helping me train my puppy during visits. My puppy Benny loves him so much!”

“I have nothing but good things to say about Elizabeth! She is helping me out with some midday walks and my pup loves her! Would definitely recommend her for any pet care needs!”

“Lindsay is the absolute best, a true professional through and through. We don’t use anyone else and will continue along that path. We’re very grateful, highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of animals for years and have had dogs my whole life. I have trained my own dogs from puppy up and have experience with puppies up to senior dogs. I have had all sizes of dogs from small to large and can handle them all with care. I currently have full time availability to help take care of animals during the day from anytime in the morning to later in the night. I currently don’t have any animals of my own since I just recently moved out of my parents house. My pets are there. We have three dogs who love to play outside and I am always out there with them playing fetch or just relaxing. I believe that dogs deserve the most attention and outdoors time as possible especially mine who thrive outdoors.

About: I’ve cared for dogs almost my whole life and currently have two with my wife. We are obsessed with our “children” and I look forward to meeting more furry friends. I will take care of your pet with the same attention and care as I do for ours. I have a full time job but get breaks throughout the day. I stay local to the Cincinnati area so can be flexible with timing. I can also do weekends. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to run. We also have two Bernadoodles who are 2 years old and love to play.

About: Hi there! Thanks so much you for checking out my profile ☺️ A bit about me: I recently moved to Cincy with my kitty Dany (full name: Daenerys Stormborn Targaryen). She’s a sociable and classically talkative Tortoiseshell (pictured above) and I love her to pieces! I’m a dietian and health-tech professional by trade looking for some supplemental work this summer while I hunt for full time position. I've grown up with dogs, cats, fish, and hamsters in my home and have had many sitting jobs for family and friends throughout the years. I promise to be the loving and reliable caretaker you're searching for to provide the best care for your pet. Past sitter-seekers have described me as dependable, attentive, and great with communication. If this sounds like what you're looking for, please don’t hesitate to message me or send a request my way! I do not currently have a full time job, so my schedule is wide open for the summer! Give me a reason to stay busy please 🙏🏻 My apartment complex is gated and I’m right next to the Wasson Trail, so your boarded pup will be going on my daily walks (as able, of course!). My home is quiet and calm with great windows for people watching (just ask my cat). I am tidy, especially at other folks’ homes, so you can expect a mess-free visit.

About: Is your pet looking for a new bff? Do they appreciate the off-key singing of songs featuring their names? Do they enjoy belly rubs and behind-the-ear scratches? I am a reliable and caring companion for your pets. I have had dogs of my own for fourteen years, a cat for nine, and have house-sat for multiple friends and family members. My family has fostered dogs so I am used to watching multiple animals at a time. I can do walks after 5:30 through the week and anytime on weekends. For house sitting, I work 8-5 and will make sure your pets are well taken care of and your house kept clean. Send me a message for more information. I can't wait to meet your pets! I am a freelance, remote copywriter so I am more than willing to stop by and spend some time with your pet while you're at work. I prefer to only take care of pets in their own homes. I have a cat at my place and she has only-child syndrome. I have house and pet sat for many of my friends and family in the past. I'm a professional, trustworthy person who is just looking for a little side hustle where I can play with dogs.

About: I have owned many different pets throughout my life. I have adopted 3 dogs from the SPCA, all which require special attention and care. I also dog sit for the family I babysit for. I am a college student who is often free during the summer and will be back home on all of my breaks throughout the year. I feed and walk my dog, Edwin and sleep with him every night. I play with my cats and brush them and clean out their litter boxes when needed. I will be happy to do the same with my clients pets as well as administering any medication they may require.

“I have observed Dee interacting with dogs( and cats) for many years and she seems to have an affinity to understand what they need and correctly identify their body language. She displays a great love for dogs and I believe they sense that.I once saw her settle a neighborhood dog that had " escaped" from his owner and was running wildly throughout the street. The dog was not responding to his owner yet Dee was able to calm the dog and return him safely to home. A friend has a dog that was stranger reactive with a reputation of being aggressive and bothersome-within a very short time of meeting Dee dog Bella was snuggling with her. We all were astonished. Dee is quiet and dependable; she is pursuing a degree in Biology at the University of Cincinnati with the goal of working with animals and birds as her vocation.”

I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to wear out your pup.”

Rebecca N.
“I think my dog loves Becca more than she loves us!! We love when she comes to watch our pup because she treats her exactly as her own dog and that makes us feel so much for comfortable being away. She makes sure to send us pictures and updates the whole time. Our dog has dietary restrictions, which Becca follows very closely, and she always brings her allergy friendly biscuits in her pocket. When we tell our dog that Becca is coming she gets very excited and goes to the windows, tail wagging! Our dog has a hyper personality and Becca is wonderful with her and knows how to handle herself around big jumpy dogs. We know that she volunteers at the dog shelter and sees dogs of all personalities and backgrounds and that makes us feel good knowing she is very familiar and comfortable with dogs of all kinds. Also, our house is always just as neat as we left it, which we appreciate as well!”
