Emily does a great job and we have used her services several times now. It feels so good knowing we can rely on her to check on our cat when we go out of town.”

“Alyssa has been great with my shy dog and my elderly cat, including giving pills. I'm glad to have a reliable sitter, and will definitely ask her to care for my pets again!”

About: I started my pet care at my local animal shelter, then became a dog bather for about 5 years. I pet-sat on the side the same amount of years, taking care of my neighbors elderly poodles, drop in visits for a young and spry golden retriever, also stayed overnight at client's house who had two dogs and a cat! I've given pill medication, dealt with prescribed food and separation feeding times, and given pet-breathalyzer for a cat with asthma. I work second shift, from 5pm-1am. So I'm available most weekdays from early morning (preferably 9am earliest) to early afternoon (3pm latest). I always enjoyed pet care and excited to get back into it! First off, listening to them! Carefully observing their behavior at their natural state, then hungry, or playful state. Making sure they get their energy out with play time/walking.

“My wheeler is protective and usually growls at people. She took an instant liking to Jason. He's definitely a dog person and I could tell he genuinely cared about their well being. The dogs did too. From the pictures he sent, they really enjoyed playing fetch with him. Jason is a great dog sitter.”

I work part time currently, 4 to 5 hours a day Monday-Thursday and I’m off Friday-Sunday. I will definitely be able to care for and engage with your pet when needed. When I go to a new house to dog sit I always lock the doors and make sure to follow all rules I have been given. I stay very aware of my surroundings and the animal.

Maisie M.
“I call Maisie the Cat Whisperer...She can charm even the most cantankerous cat. She's volunteered at both Humane Society of Central Illinois and Pet Central Helps. She regularly visits the Cat's Meow Cafe, even though it's pay-per-visit. She had her own cat for 19 years before her best cat-friend passed away last year, and she now has two kittens from Pet Central Helps. She has endless patience and love for cats. She does not force her attention on any cat but instead lets them know she is a safe place to land/person to visit. It's remarkable, and you have to see it to believe it.”
