Our Levi and Junior are admittedly on the higher-maintainence side and their family took it all in stride. We met with them prior to committing to the hosting in order to make sure the dogs were compatible and to discuss Levi and Jr's needs. It was a very comfortable and easy meeting. We left the initial meeting feeling very comfortable. When the time came to leave our fur babies, Nathan reassured us our pups would be fine. While we were away, we received daily updates with pictures that showed our pups were doing fine and having fun ! The kids took them for walks, and Jr found a new friend in their pup Charlie. When we came to pick them up, they were healthy and happy. It was wonderful to be able to go on vacation knowing Levi and Jr were in good hands. About: I have worked at a dog kennel since 2021. I had to do 2 months of training before hand. Friends and neighbors have allowed me to babysit their pets as well. I’ve fed, walked, cuddle, brushed, bathed and given medicine to dogs. I’m currently in college but coming home for summer and winter break. I start school August 15, so until then I am free to take care of your pet at anytime of the day! I treat every home and pet like my own — that means following your routines closely and communicating with you along the way so you're never left wondering how things are going. For drop-in visits, I stick to the schedule you set for feeding, medication, and fresh water, and I always do a walk-through to make sure everything's secure before I leave. I'll bring in mail/packages and rotate lights if that's part of the ask. For dog walks, I keep to your dog's normal route and pace unless you tell me otherwise, always leash up before opening any doors, and clean up after them every time. I pay close attention to their body language, especially around other dogs or people, and I'll never push a walk if it's too hot, too cold, or your dog seems off that day. For overnight house sitting, I keep your pet's routine as close to normal as possible — same feeding times, same bedtime habits, same amount of attention and play. About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.

About: In addition to being a dog owner for eight years, I have a PhD focused on animal behavior. As an adjunct professor, I don't get as much time working with animals as I'd like, so I'm happy to provide care to your darling pets! I work part-time as a biology professor, so outside of the couple hours a day I'm in a classroom my schedule is very flexible. I do live in a remote location, so how often I can care for a pet will depend on driving time. I believe in making sure the animal feels safe and comfortable above all else. I am good with reading body language, and I let the pet set the pace in our interactions. I only practice positive reinforcement for training.

I’m a Veterinarian Assistant so caring for your pet is literally what I do, what I love.🥰 I do pick ups and drop offs !! I work in VETMED at a local Veterinary clinic part time . So that gives me tons of extra time during the week. I also do drop in during my work day as well. !! I have a fenced in yard and a very nice fur baby to keep your fur baby company. I do also have created if needed.
About: I have worked at a dog kennel since 2021. I had to do 2 months of training before hand. Friends and neighbors have allowed me to babysit their pets as well. I’ve fed, walked, cuddle, brushed, bathed and given medicine to dogs. I’m currently in college but coming home for summer and winter break. I’m working at the kennel still but want more work hours in the week I will keep an eye on them when they are outside as well as if I need to watch them while they’re eating. I will give them love and play all day with them

I have watched dogs through house sitting. The longest I watched someone’s dogs was a month. I’m very comfortable around dogs and love them very much. They would get all the love from me! I’m a teacher, so I’m able to take care of your animals on the weekends! I love showing off the pets I get to take care of. Let me show off your fur babies! :) I always clean up after myself and your dog. I make sure your and your dogs needs are always met. I don’t have space for a dog at my own house though.

About: i have taken care of several breeds of dogs from the bichon’s to mastiffs! I have a beagle/shar pei mix who is 12 years old and a pit bull who is 2. About: I am a former healthcare worker with open availability. I used to live on a farm with various animals. Currently in between jobs and looking for a change of pace. I worked overnights for 4yrs and have been in healthcare for 15yrs. ***Prefers to keep communication through Rover App for transparency and quality assurance**** I have pretty open availability within reason. I would like a decent heads up to be sure I have the means to accommodate. My routine is very laid back and I watch for signs and cues. I have two dogs of my own. I love caring for and just being around animals. I live in a quiet neighborhod. While I do not have a fenced in yard, I am willing to walk and give attention to each animal in my care.

About: I have been around dogs of my own and others for my entire 38 years of life. I grew up with having at least 3 dogs at once, then when out on my own for the last 10+ years, have lived with and spoiled at least 2 dogs at a time. I currently have 2 fur kids of my own, who are very loved and spoiled. That same kind of care would translate to any dogs I care for. I'm currently working part time while studying, so I will have plenty of time for your pups! I work 3 varying days a week currently, from about 9am-5pm. A lot of time is spent at home with my own pups, and that would translate to yours. I have a good sized fenced in yard, and can provide a separate space, crating or whatever is needed between your and my dogs! I also keep the back part of my house separate.
