I enjoyed all the updates we received along with cute photos and videos. Great communication, very understanding, and overall just such a wonderful experience. We will definitely book again with Rebecca if/when the need ever arises.”

“Michelle is such a caring person! She took great care of our 15 year old Maltese, Mika while we attended our daughter’s wedding. We normally have family or friends watch over our baby, but they were all in attendance for the wedding. First time users for a pet sitter, but would not hesitate to use Michelle again!”

Our family highly recommends her and will certainly contact her again in the future.”

About: I am a responsible 63-year-old professional. I have decades of experience with my own pets and have provided pet care for my friends on numerous occasions. As a senior software architect I work from home full-time, so I have complete flexibility to follow *your* preferred schedule in caring for your pet(s). I have a fenced-in yard and spacious four bedroom home. No rooms are off-limits to your pet(s); they will have the run of the house and yard.

About: I have grown up with big dogs and little dogs. I currently have a golden retriever who loves the water and going on long walks! I am available weekdays days after 2pm and anytime during the weekends. I am more than happy to walk rain or shine and any distance your dog needs! I have raised puppies before and cared for elderly dogs. My current home does not have a yard but have plenty of areas for walking. I am an animal lover and will take care of your furry friend as if it were my own!

“Karen and Tony were fantastic to have in our home taking care of our pets! It's tough with two labs and a cat to find the right kind of sitters but we didn't worry at all during a long holiday trip with Karen and Tony taking care of everyone. Very friendly dog and cat lovers of all kinds, and their young son even gave our pups some great kid socialization! There's nothing better than to know your pets are in good hands while you're away, and Karen and Tony's stay gave us comfort the entire trip that all of our furry friends were safe, fed, and happy. We'd recommend them to anyone!”

“Raven was amazing. Helped take care of my two elderly kitties and young hyper one. Stayed and played with them and helped cleaned up one that made messes. She sent a ton of pictures and was in constant communication even when our plans changed. Will rebook for sure. Great personality, lovely passion for all fur babies. Can’t recommend enough! -Liz and Ernesto”

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, oftentimes having at least 2 in the house. I don’t currently own my own, but I frequently foster or “Couch Crash” dogs for the Hawaiian Humane society, focusing on pups who have been with the HHS for some time. I enjoy these dogs because it gives them a small break in shelter life, gives me a great friend for a few weeks, and helps me understand their personalities more to help lead to future adoption. Out of the three dogs I have fostered, all three have been either immediately adopted by families, or found their forever homes within 48 hours. Couch crashing can require patience, care, and special attention for dogs that this may be their first experience inside a home. It’s also fun to train dogs basic skills that maybe haven’t had the chance learn yet. Aside from HHS, I have also cared for a few different coworkers pets, both in their homes and my own. I have base access if required for any services for your dog! I work Monday thru Friday, core hours 9-2, but have the flexibility to adjust hours based on desired level of pet care, and what side of the island. When I fostered dogs for the HHS or dog sat for my coworkers, I always ensured a morning walk and a “right as I get home” walk. However, if your dog already has a schedule or routine they are used to, I can easily adjust mine as required. If your dog is staying with me, my house is very dog friendly. I have a yard, but it’s not fenced in so all outdoor activity will be on a leash. Located off a quiet residential road, I have quick and easy access to take them on a walk or a hiking trail right down the street. Senior pups, or dogs that struggle with stairs, may have hard time at my place, as there are ~20 stairs leading from the carport down to the house. But i am willing to carry up/down if that is something your dog is used to or comfortable with. The house being down off the road does adds an extra level of safety from vehicles, and provides a quiet environment without a lot of foot or car traffic past the house. If watching or picking up your dog from their place, I recognize that I am a guest, and it is their world. Any and all instructions will be followed precisely to ensure they remain comfortable in their own space.

“Suzanne was so attentive and caring with our recently-rehomed dog, Blue, while we were away for almost 2.5 weeks! It was our first separation and Suzanne was consistently professional, communicative, and adaptable to our dog's needs throughout the experience. Upon our return, I could see that Blue had been extremely well-cared for and loved. Thank you, Suzanne - you're the best!”

“Simone was so AMAZING! I would absolutely ask her back to house / cat sit. Highlights for us included, Simone was: very prompt responses to communication; proactive in sending us lots of pictures while we were away; very detail-oriented in wanting to understand the care needs of our kitties (and very willing to take in a lot of particulars I shared with her about the house and cats); and a considerate house guest (the place was in great condition when we got back!) Simone was also willing to go the extra mile to help me--a first time user--understand how Rover works.”

“Alyson was lovely!! She really took care of my baby with a bunch of walks and snuggles. She constantly sent photos and I felt like Lincoln (our pup) was in the best of hands!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend!!”

About: I am a proud pug mom who has been an animal lover her whole life. From big and small dogs to cats and hermit crabs, I have always had pets. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their fur babies for years, and there’s nothing I love more! Pet care fits seamlessly into my life because I work from home and for myself, which means my schedule is very flexible. I’m already used to planning my day around my own pup — from walks and mealtimes to cuddles and play breaks — and I’m happy to adjust my routine to meet your pet’s specific needs. Whether it’s a midday drop-in, an early morning walk, or overnight care, I’m able to be there when it counts. In my client’s home, I make it a priority to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. That includes feeding schedules, walk times, medication, and any special instructions you provide. I also make sure your home stays clean and respected — and your pet gets all the attention, exercise, and comfort they need while you’re gone. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick visit or staying overnight, I want you to feel confident and at ease while your pet is in my care.

About: Taken care of a wide variety of animals for multiple families. I am a huge animal lover with 5 of my own pets (2 dogs). I love to provide comfort and care for animals, as I believe pets are family. I love to play and take long walks with dogs to allow them to exert their energy. For my own dogs I typically walk twice a day, while also taking them to the dog park. If you would like to do a play date with either of my very friendly dogs, one being a small breed, one a medium/large breed, that would be very possible. I am available to walk/run or play with dogs, whatever works best for you and your pup. I look forward to providing excellent care for your fur-babies!

About: Ever since I can remember I’ve been blessed to be surrounded by animals and absolutely loved it! I actually loved it so much that I turned that into a career. I currently work as a veterinary technician at VCA providing general to emergency care to all of our patients. I am very familiar with performing medical treatments to dogs and cats, for example giving subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, giving fluids, and giving or applying oral/topical medications. I am also very familiar with performing grooming services like nail trims, baths, sanitary shaves, anal gland expressions and so on. In my personal and work life I am very familiar with taking care of both dogs and cats of every age. Personally I own an almost 3 year old Rottweiler/Boxer mix and a now 1 year old gray tabby that I adopted when she came into our clinic as a kitten looking for a foster:) My work week often looks like working 4 days a week at a veterinary hospital and the other 3 days of my week are usually open on my schedule to care for your animal(s) in whatever way necessary. I am fortunate to have breaks to check on your animals during my work day or if you desired I would be able to bring your fur baby to work with me if that made them happier! All of my time in your home would be dedicated to making your animals feel as happy and comftorable as possible. Sticking to their routines, feeding schedules and any play time that they feel up to! I am also more than happy to contribute to any house related needs during my stay.

About: I've taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 8 years old. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed and take care of their pets. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and on weekdays. My husband also works from home! I have one little fur baby to keep your dog company. We go for at least one walk on the beach everyday! We try to have training/playtime inside and outside everyday.

“Kristi is the greatest dog sitter ever! She stayed at my home with my two dogs over the weekend and the dogs clearly had a wonderful time with plenty of walks and play time. She is an excellent communicator and sent me frequent pictures and videos which allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away with no worries about my pups. She took wonderful care of the house too! We will definitely ask Kristi to house sit again next time we are away and would highly recommend her to anyone.”
