Our Paisley girl stayed with them for about 5 days and it was great! 3 days before her stay Paisley unfortunately got a UTI and need to take medicine 3 times per day and Dale and Lauren had no issues accommodating this during her stay. After meeting Rebecca and her daughter for the first time at a meet and greet, we felt at ease since they were really nice and our dog seemed to like them. About: I’ve been the primary caretaker for my dog for the past 7 years, handling everything from daily walks and feedings to baths and medication. I walk him at least four times a day and try to get in a longer mile-ish walk a few times a week so he can explore at his own pace. I’ve also cared for several friends’ dogs for multi-day stays ranging from a couple of days to over a week. Between that and growing up around pets, I’m very comfortable reading a dog’s personality and routine. My wife has lived with dogs her whole life as well, so our home is very dog friendly. Dogs are welcome on the couch and our own dog sleeps in bed with us. I’ve also done a fair bit of basic training with him. I taught him “wait” (stay), helped him get comfortable with paw cleaning after walks, and even set up a little “dog nest” on the bed that he now uses as his sleeping spot. I’m attentive to routines, meds, and the little details that make pets feel comfortable. I work from home, so pet care fits very naturally into my day. I’m around most of the time and able to give dogs attention, bathroom breaks, and supervision throughout the day. Our normal routine is a morning outing, one in the afternoon, another around 5–6pm, and a final one around 9pm before bed. If a dog needs to go out sooner or starts pawing at the door, I’m always happy to take them out. I try to fit in longer walks when the weather and work schedule allow, usually in the evenings. Because I’m home during the day, pets aren’t left alone for long stretches and get plenty of interaction. I work from home and have a wrap-around fenced yard, so dogs have plenty of safe space to wander and get fresh air. I keep a close eye on them when they’re outside and follow their normal routines as closely as possible. Inside, dogs are welcome to relax and make themselves comfortable. Our home is very dog friendly, and we’re used to having pets around. If a dog needs to be crated for sleeping or while we step out briefly, we do have a crate available. About: I got my first dog when I was 4 and started dog sitting for neighbors when I was 8. I worked with a group when I lived in Kansas City that did short term in-home dog fostering for 1 day to two weeks. My puppy experience comes from a few of my friends having puppies, but adult dogs are my favorite. I work full time from home, and can schedule walks in between meetings during the day. If the dog(s) are up for it I would love to take them hiking, SUPing, kayaking, to the beach, and to hang out with my friend's dogs. I prefer to keep the dog on a similar schedule to what they are used to and not overwhelm them with new experiences while their owners are gone. About: Ive always had pets growing up and so being around them and playing with my dog and cat at home has always been a wonderful thing for me. Since I went to school its been a little lonely without them but Ive been able to bring my dog up for some visits which is always nice. Im great with handling all size dogs so that will never be an issue. I live in a very active household, so if your pup enjoys going for long walks/runs, or just a lot of social interaction and snuggles, then we could be a really good fit. Our Paisley girl stayed with them for about 5 days and it was great! 3 days before her stay Paisley unfortunately got a UTI and need to take medicine 3 times per day and Dale and Lauren had no issues accommodating this during her stay. Also, at the end of each day they would send updates and plenty of pictures which was great because we missed our girl! Will definitely book with them in the future!”

This was our very first time leaving our puppy with a sitter, and naturally we were a little nervous. Samantha immediately put our minds at ease. Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. What impressed us even more was that she actually helped reinforce our puppy's potty training during our time away. After meeting Rebecca and her daughter for the first time at a meet and greet, we felt at ease since they were really nice and our dog seemed to like them.
