About: I’ve raised and cared for all sorts of pets from reptiles, birds, cats, pigs, and dogs! I’ve trained puppies from walking on a leash to being fully house trained. Cared for all their needs from basic care to debilitating illness and/or life ending care however hard it has been. Love and understanding is the strongest foundation. I am retired and have a part time home business which gives me the flexibility in days and hours to care for other pets as needed. I have cats, dogs, and tortoises currently at home. I have a daily routine for their care which includes diet and exercise. There are no children in my home. I look forward to being able to spend time at others homes or boarded here, so that their pet friends/family are cared for and have company while they are at work or away on vacation. Rest assured, I will care for your fur family as if they were my own!

“This is our Nala's second stay with Jacque and her family. They did a great job taking care of her with patience and understanding, as she is not quite the warm and fuzzy type with new people. She had an experience with a trainer when she was a puppy which left her very fearful and sometimes aggressive towards anyone outside of our family. With lots of patience, Jacque and her family were able to peel some of that fear away. All the pictures and videos of her playing with other dogs and sitting on the couch and hanging out with the family is a huge deal for Nala and for our family. We are grateful and were able to visit family off-island with peace of mind. Mahalo for helping our Nala to grow in trusting others and for caring for her.”

They had so much fun doing so many activities like the beach and dog park, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice knowing your dogs are well taken care of when you’re out on vacation. We received tons of pictures which was great!”

Amber is the best pet sitter ever! She watched my pup for three weeks straight and never once faltered on sending me daily updates and pictures to show me how he was doing. My pup came home happy and healthy and I will never use another sitter besides her. Amber was always quick to respond to all of my messages and requests.
