“Isabel was the greatest! We are so lucky to have found her- especially since it was less than 24 hour notice. She sent awesome photos and our puppy got all his wiggles out walking and playing with her. She really goes the extra mile to form not only a connection with our puppy, but also us as owners. I highly recommend working with Isabel, and hope we get the chance to work with her again soon (and so does our pup!)!”

“Whitney has visited my 4 year old cat Clark on multiple occasions. On the most recent, I had to go away for the weekend, and Clark had gotten sick a few times earlier in the week. Needless to say, I was nervous to leave him. But Whitney was so responsive to all of my concerns and requests, and took really good care of him. Luckily there were no issues, but Whitney’s notes and care really helped put all my concerns at ease. Will definitely be requesting her services again!”

“Mandy is so easy to communicate with and always responsive! She is very caring and attentive. I really enjoyed reading the Rover card every day, and I’m glad to see that she built such a wonderful friendship with my cat. I also have to emphasize—Mandy is a great photographer! Many of the photos she took are cute enough to be portraits (I secretly saved some of them🤭).”

“Kim did a great job taking care of our cat for two weeks. I'm always nervous to leave our cat with someone new, but Kim was trustworthy, reliable, and provided nice updates for every drop-in visit. Our cat sometimes gets anxious when we're away, but I was so pleased to find that she seemed very happy when we got home. I did not see any signs of anxiety, so Kim must have made her feel very comfortable! I would definitely recommend Kim to anyone else looking for a pet sitter!”
“Iva and Edwardo were very efficient and timely in giving meds, feeding and tending to our older shy cat. By the end of their care she followed them in the house and rubbed on their legs when they arrived. This is the highest of complements from this cat many people never even see. We will definitely engage their help again if we travel.”

“Hannah was awesome with our 11 yo rescue dog, very caring and spent quality time with her. Hannah is very responsible, showed up promptly, and Luna was very happy with her visit (we were too)!”

“Jess did such a great job taking care of my dog. She also sent me thorough, regular updates with ample pictures so I could see how my boy was doing. Would definitely book with her again.”

“Mandi was great when she stopped by to meet Rosie and I. She took a lot of notes, and did great with Rosie, which made me feel much better about leaving for my out of town work gig knowing that Rosie would be well cared for.”

“We were grateful that Stephanie could help us out over the holidays. She was so gracious to pick up the keys and meet Layla on Christmas Day. Layla loved her. Everything went very smoothly. We highly recommend Stephanie!”

“Allegra was absolutely wonderful with our two senior dogs! She gave them the extra care and attention they needed, and her beautifully written, detailed report cards gave us such peace of mind while we were away. It’s clear she truly cares about the pets she looks after — we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Kaitlyn was wonderful! She took care of our cat while we were out of town and she did the job well and sent photos. We were happy with the service Kaitlyn provided, would highly recommend and we will book again with her in the future.”

About: I've been around animals my whole life, and I can't imaging existing without them. Animals should be cherished, and I'm excited to share that love with your animals. In high school, I started working at an animal shelter, and it was one of my favorite jobs. I worked with cats, dogs, small animals (rats, rabbits, guinea pigs, etc), reptiles -- even a pig! Many of them came in angry or scared and I quickly learned the patience and gentleness needed to bond with this vulnerable group. I cultivated other skills as well, including providing enrichment, cleaning their spaces (including animals dealing with various illnesses), meeting dietary needs, grooming, and ensuring safety (animal-animal interactions, animal-person interactions, general safety). I've since moved on from that job, but I have been looking for ways to integrate animal care back into my life. I'd love to do drop in visits, whether thats because you work long hours or are out of town for work or vacation. I adore playing and snuggling with cats (or even just being in the same room as them - especially if theyre shy or a little fiesty with strangers). I'm comfortable walking dogs or letting them out in the yard to run around and play, cleaning up after pets, basic grooming, or just spending a few hours with them and providing enrichment. I am also comfortable with most animals and any age! If there are specific needs your (fur)baby has, I'm more than happy to accommodate. I work two jobs in mental health care, both with flexible hours that change week-to-week. I often have time between client visits or jobs, and am available on weekends. Overall availability ranges from 7am - 8pm. I can't do overnight stays or have other animals in my home, as it would be too stressful on my own cat. Between Oct. 1st and Nov. 15 or so, I will have more availability, since my jobs will be virtual while I recover from shoulder surgery. I dont anticipate having many issues with being able to care for animals during this recovery, and I can discuss this further with folks if need be. About: I have taken care of dogs from small to large even dogs with disabilities. I am dog lover. I have been able to administrate medication as well as dogie first aid. I am currently new to the area so in the market for a new job so I have plenty of time right now to take care of your fur babies while I am looking for something new. I will do a drop in to meet the pet before service to go over anything you may need for special requests and or routine schedule.
Junction Ridge pet parents share their Rover experiences
Again Austin was fantastic! Our friends unfortunately did not leave our cat in the best shape (low water, poop on rug) and Austin helped to clean our rug and even manually scooped the poop out of our automatic litter box. Came back to a happy cat and clean home. Thank you so much Austin, you are a lifesaver!
This sitter did an excellent job of taking care of our dog during a recent out of state trip. She was attentive and on time as discussed and was flexible enough to assist us with a few extra items as needed that were unanticipated. Excellent experience overall and would definitely recommend to anyone else needing service through Rover.

It was a wonderful experience having Laura look after my cat Oliver again. She’s watched him before, so it was really nice knowing he was with someone familiar. She was kind, easy to work with, and very communicative while I was away, as always. I loved the thoughtful photos and messages she sent, and Oliver clearly loved her too!

Monica was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She watched her for a few hours and made sure she was comfortable, happy, and well cared for the entire time. I really appreciated the updates and the clear love she has for animals. I would 100% trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter! I can’t wait to book with her again the next time we need it
