My love for animals started as a child going to dog shows and pet sitting for friends. I love watching shows like Caesar Milan and PitBulls and Parolees. Over the years, I have owned multiple cats with varying personalities and temperaments, petsat, and walked all sizes of dogs from chihuahuas to Irish wolfhounds. Also, I have worked with aggressive or easily overexcited breeds. If your pet is like this, just let me know and I will do my best to care for them. I decided to become a professional on Rover because I am passionate about animals and enjoy every minute with them. It also provides me with the flexible hours I need to care for my young daughters. I look forward to meeting you and your pet(s)!

Amy did a great job taking care of our bulldog, Uecker while we were out of town!
Amy took great care of our pups..she stayed with them and left out house as clean as when she got there. She gave us periodic reports and pictures and was willing to be flexible when we thought our flight would be canceled.
Amy was very prompt at replying to my texts and communicating. Amy was very flexible when our plane was delayed and our dog unexpectedly stayed an extra night. We appreciated Amy accommodating our dog’s special needs (anxiety and reactivity) and showed our dog love and kindness. We would book with her again.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our recent Rover sitter! She was absolutely fantastic while watching our dog, Scooby, for the week. From the start, she excelled at being adaptable, seamlessly adjusting to Scooby’s routine and needs without any issues. We also truly appreciated the frequent, reassuring text messages and photos she sent throughout the week, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, she provided Scooby with an incredible amount of love, affection, and exercise—he was a very happy pup when we returned. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!

Schedule
I am currently a full time mom, but have plenty of time to play with, walk, and care for your fur babies while my girls are in school. I am available after 8:30 am for drop ins or walks. For boarding I am able to keep overnight.

I have a large, fenced yard for dogs to run, play, and do their business. I can keep pets separated upstairs and downstairs if needed. I am very respectful of other's personal property if you need me to care for your pets in your own home.

A typical day
I love going to parks with dogs or just taking a nice stroll around the neighborhood. I am also big on ear scratches, belly rubs, and petting.
