They looked after our pet very well and kept us updated with texts and pictures. Our pet is very anxious and takes time to get comfortable with new people but our pet did really well with Kelly & James. They are also very good at understanding each pet's temperament and managing them at the same time. They are passionate and genuinely care for the pets. Our pet enjoyed her stay at Kelly & James!!
