“Kimberly walked into a difficult first time situation to manage my brother's pet cat's improperly maintained litter box. My brother is in assisted living,(Florida) and does have cognitive issues. He, by mistake discarded the scooper. Kimberly was in her rights to quit right there. Instead she informed me of the problems and opted to try one more visit. I, (NJ), saw to it to provide items needed. Who could ask for a better second chance. Kimberly is most definitely a caring professional. Hopefully it goes better going forward. I enjoy an evening walk with my chocolate lab and would love your pet to join us. I have a fully fenced, large backyard. “Our pups had a wonderful time with Lisa and David. We have two very old and fragile chihuahuas and had given up traveling without them because of their senior issues. But after finding and doing a greet and meet with Lisa and David we decided to take a chance, they made us feel so comfortable with our decision. We also left our 7 year old hyper doodle with them, and all our pups did great. Lisa sent us several pics and updates and upon picking them up we couldn’t believe how relaxed they were in the car on the way home. We are so happy to have found such a caring family for our pups.”

She was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive to Charlee’s needs (medications), making sure she was comfortable, well cared for, and getting all the extra love senior pups deserve. We really appreciated the updates and knowing she was in such kind, capable hands. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. “My chihuahua and I haven't been a part in forever. When my family and I went on a one week trip, I knew I had to find the perfect dog sitter. My dog is picky and I was worried, but she was immediately comfortable at crystals house. She is so kind and attentive, and became best friends with my chihuahua.
