The dogs were very relaxed and were having a good time. Also, her house is away from a busy road for dog walk safety. Laura even made the extra effort to wash Piper’s dog bed before she went home. About: As a dog mom myself, I know how important it is to find someone who truly treats your pup like family. I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds and personalities and currently focus on pups 40 lbs and under to keep things calm and comfortable in my cozy home. My own dog is about 65 lbs, gentle, and great with dogs of all sizes! I only care for one family’s pets at a time so I can provide focused attention, a peaceful environment, and personalized care for your pup’s unique needs. I work from home full time, so your dog will have lots of companionship, attention, and supervised time throughout the day. While I don’t include walks by default, I’m happy to offer them if requested. I do require that all dogs are crate trained, just in case I need to run a quick errand—your pup’s comfort and safety always come first. Your dog will be cared for in a safe, calm, and loving home with a fully fenced yard for outdoor potty breaks and play. I only accept crate-trained dogs under 40 lbs and host just one family’s pets at a time. This helps ensure a low-stress, high-attention environment tailored to your dog’s comfort. My dog is friendly and well-socialized, and I always prioritize slow, respectful introductions. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you can relax, knowing your pet is in great hands.
