“Lala was fantastic! She came a little earlier to pick up Cleopatra because of a conflict that arose. On top of that, she kept her a little bit longer than prearranged delivery back home. She sent pictures and descriptions of Cleopatra’s mood and she did much better than I expected.(the cat, not Lala ;)). We definitely recommend her and would use her again.!!”
