“Katya is excellent! She provided a meet-and-greet and a one-day daycare in advance of a 12-day dog-sitting to acclimate my doggie, Luna. Katya sent daily updates including photos and videos. She administered ear cleaning and ear medication due to a last-minute ear infection. She accommodated Luna's convoluted feeding regimen. And Katya's mother provided hours and hours of attention. I was a little hurt that Luna didn't seem too excited to see me. You cannot find a better dog-sitter!”

He’s usually rambunctious when I pick him up from boarding because he hasn’t had his enrichment or exercise but this time was so different! “They took such good care of my goofy, skittish girl Molly. Molly is a rescued pit mix who is sweet as pie with people but very selective about dogs. So when I board her, she spends most of her time alone in the kennel. I didn't want that for her this time around, so I planned a meet and greet and it went great. While I was away, they showed her all the love, patience and attention I could have hoped for. I got pictures every day, questions about whether her quirky behavior was normal (it is) and my girl isn't even mad at me, or giving me the silent treatment as she usually does when I board her. I will gladly book them again next time I need to go away!”
