I also really appreciated the chance to do a meet and greet ahead of time so Oreo and Bailey could meet and make sure they were a good play match. I would feel completely comfortable having Oreo stay with them again anytime, and I know he would be thrilled to go back. About: I had dogs and cats my whole entire childhood through high school years. Shortly after my husband and I got married, we rescued a husky, who we named Wylie. He was the center of our world for many years. He passed away in 2016. We started doing Rover a year ago so we could get our dog fix when our schedule allows. We are a family of 6 who treats your dog like their own while they are staying with us. We love having repeat dogs and have a super soft spot for senior dogs. I work from home and love the companion of having your dog hang out with me. I typically get out for a couple of half mile to mile walks a day while I have a dog with us. We have great trails through the canyon and woods behind our house which offers great shade on hot summer days when dog walking. For dogs who can't be off leash, we would take them out to the bathroom and walk them around the yard. My office is on the lower level, with a walk-out sliding glass door that tends to be a favorite spot for the dogs to sit and watch outside. The dogs also love to be on our back deck, which is gated to keep them on the deck.
