About: Hi, my name is Jennifer and I'm new to Rover but not pet care! I have passionately been working in Animal Care, Welfare and Rescue for 10 years now, my entire adult life! I have 10 years of history working in doggy daycares with dog and cat boarding and animal shelters. I have also volunteered with dogs, cats, rats, goats, pigs, horses and more. Anywhere from fostering, TNR programs, to PetSmart adoption centers for kitties, transportations/freedom rides and on farms. I also worked for a pet shop for nearly 2 years (one of my first jobs). I’ve had birds, dogs, lizards, you name it! Animals have a special place in my heart, and I find happiness with them by dog walking and caring for them. I’ve recently rescued a lab mix and you’ll find the photo of her in my profile picture. Please feel free to ask me any questions and I hope you choose me to care for your pet! I currently have plenty of flexibility. I’m available Tuesday through Sunday from 6 AM to 8 PM. Please let me know if you need anything outside of those times. When it comes to dog walking as well as paying your pet a visit, I feel that it is really important to also ensure that your home is kept safe after leaving it. In addition, I will also feed your pet if necessary and provide medication’s if allowed.
