About: Began working in animal hospitals when I was 12… love caring for fur-babies! I hold a doctorate in a public health field & a degree in animal sciences/pre-veterinary medicine (was accepted into multiple veterinary schools). I recently moved, & saw an opportunity to return to caring for animals. I provide what I looked for when I used sitters for my pets: reliability, responsiveness, & and animal lover. Happy to play with active pets, patient with those who need to warm up, & love cuddling the couch loungers. I have experience with animals from birth to senior years & various health conditions. I follow your directions as you know your pet(s) best. From cuddles and walks to surgery and inpatient care - I have experience. In addition to working in pet hospitals, I have had my own pets, from small to very large (other animals in photos… Rover is only for dog/cat/housesitting & I have to abide by TOS). This is my second time using Zora’s service, and I’m very happy with it. In this occasion, she was also very proactive—when she couldn’t reach me to open the garage, she even tried to see if the back door was open. Once she was finally able to get in touch with me, she went back to the house again to make sure everything was taken care of. Communication was great at all times—she always responded quickly and kept me updated with photos of my dog. She was responsible and punctual, always arriving within the time range we had agreed on. She did a great job taking care of my dog, and I would definitely hire her again.
Sydney was great with our cats! She sent pictures every day and stayed in frequent communication. When we thought we had a problem with our dog-sitter and that we might have to have him brought home while we were still out of town, Sydney offered to watch him as well. It worked out, and he stayed where he was, but it was such a relief knowing we could count on Sydney to take care of him, if needed. Highly recommend!
Caroline was excellent! She came over for a meet and greet with very short notice and was able to watch my 2 pups for 5 days, 4 check ins a day. She was reliable and great with the dogs - they seemed to really love her. She was a great communicator too and kept me up to date everyday. Would definitely use again!
