About: Hello animal lovers - I have benefitted from Rover for dog sitting and realize it's something I'd love to do myself. My husband (a social worker) and I are both dog lovers and have a dog (a Frenchie) as well. I work from home (I run a marketing agency I started 12 year ago) and alas much of typical day I'm on zoom, and treasure the breaks for walking and loving on the dogs. While new to Rover, if been helping out friends and neighbors with dog care and logistics and sharing the love for years I'm reliable, work from home, and would love to know how you could use some help. Currently offering to sit or board one dog at a time or arrange prescheduled walks. I'll treat them like family. Comfortable with dogs of many sizes and personalities, and happy to provide updates and photos for peace of mind. Looking forward to meeting your furry friend! Our dog Fiona, a frenchie, plays well with others and has some unique needs including no rough play + daily medicine needs so we're familiar with special rules and medical needs. We do a morning walk, a mid day walk, an "after work" walk and a before bed walk. I work from home so am genrrally around all day. While flexible, I imagine at least initially the primary offering will be to host and care for your dog at our place but am open to house sitting if there's a great fit, I work from home. I can host your dog weekdays and weekends but know on weekends we may have friends (and sometimes friends with dogs) stop by. We have a fenced in deck otherwise for excercise we take leashed walks. I currently am only offering care in my own home and plan to only host one additional dog overnight at a time. Ask me any questions you'd like.

I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”

About: I grew up in a neighborhood my friends used to call “the farm”. We had 3 dogs, one neighbor had chickens, one neighbor had horses, and another neighbor had goats. Along with various dogs and cats at each house. Because I was the oldest kid in the neighborhood, I was the go-to person anytime a neighbor needed a house sitter or even just needed me to feed their pet dinner since they were out late. When I got older and started driving, I began dog sitting for our large group of friends, taking care of all sizes of dogs, cats, and the occasional reptile. Although I work part-time, I am generally available 7 days a week for house sitting. I am willing to accommodate crazy schedules and last minute plans if need be. If your fur child needs a walk , let's go , need them to get their energy out? I can help. I have strollers , dog carriers and always check my surroundings. Going on vacation and cant take babies? I will spoil them until you return. I have been rescuing animals since I was little and to this day continue to do so when I can. I had a dog that had seizures, so I am very aware of what to look for and what to do. I will send updates so you know your fur child is relaxed , spoiled and loved. I am a stay at home pet mom. I am available to give them all the love , care & attention they need while your away at work or they need an extra walk. Maybe you want to leave town for the day? Im here to help with your fur child. I have always made sure I am attentive to my surroundings and what the fur babies may pickup off the floor. I carry extra leashes just in case we need them. My fur babies have 3 dog beds but are always allowed on my bed and sofa. They have a ball pit full of toys , and when I need to leave for a moment babygates and dog fence it is.

“Kyle was awesome to have at my home and stay with our 3 little dogs. Jack Russel Poodle, Bischon Poodle and Havanese. It can be a handful getting them rounded up, taking them for 3 or 4 walks a day, putting them to bed a night. Kyle was a master and showed them the love and attention that they are accustomed to. We tried to provide him 5 star accommodations and he in turn was an immaculate house guest showing great care and respect for our home.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have fostered and cared for dozens of senior dogs at Muttville in SF. I also just said goodbye toy wonderful foster fail 2 Chainz who crossed the rainbow bridge in November. I live close to a lovely park with a great community of dog walkers. I have experience with puppies, elderly dogs (17 years) and pit bulls. I work from home so all dogs get constant attention! I prioritize time outside and walks. I love making dogs feel as safe and comfortable adjusting to a new schedule and location! I have a pretty standard feeding and walk schedule.
